Waited on pretty fast. It took a long time for our food. It was a Sunday about 9:15 am. When our food arrived it was just warm. Not fresh and hot. I didn't really care for the flavor much. Maybe because the temp threw me off? I don't know. The waitress came a couple times to check on us and poured us coffee as we waited for the food. Have always had great service and food here. The only thing I can say (it's a me thing) if you like spicy, ask your server. Otherwise to me the food is bland. Not bad just okay.
Bonus that the restroom is clean!
Only reason for the less stars is they need better ventilation. I have to take a shower when I get home.... I smell like grease.

Normally we have good experiences here, unfortunately that was not the case the last time we were there. Fires were a little cold, you also did not get very many fries. Not sure if they are cutting back on purpose or not, 2 of us got fries and curly fries and there was not much compared to other restaurants. The burger had a "spicy" chipotle sauce, not much flavor, not spicy, maybe got a 1/2 a teaspoon of it. I will never understand why places put lettuce under the beef...
