JINYA Ramen Bar - Omaha

Probably the most authentic ramen spot in omaha. I ate countless shop around here most have horrible broth .

We are Omaha visitors, but we have gone to the Jinya here a few times. Our server, Britney, was very friendly, attentive, and basically a very good food server. She made it pleasant for us. Our food took longer than expected (No fault to Britney) but we liked everything. For starters, the buffalo cauliflower was really good. The cauliflower was cooked just right and the batter was not heavy and a little spicy. It says that it’s seasonal, but I hope that they keep it in the menu! The edamame was fresh and lightly salted. The spicy ahi tacos were good too. For entrees we had the Spicy creamy vegan ramen, which I already know I want to order again next time and Chicken ramen. We thought it was a good value, but we are from a place where eating out is really expensive, so I could be wrong. Again, compliments to Britney (Sorry if I spelled your name wrong.)

Absolutely amazing experience every time I come in! It’s very rare that I eat at chains, but I can’t help but return. The lovely folks that work here are a joy. The food is always on par, and everything is so symbiotic.

I had never had ramen at a restaurant before so I was excited to try this place when my son offered to buy my husband and I dinner here for Father's Day. But unfortunately it was just ok for me. I ordered the Jinya chicken ramen with an egg and it just had a strange taste to me. I tried a peach Ramune drink for the first time too. The best thing about this restaurant is that they give you stickers with your bill!!

Bring a cushion if you end up getting seated along the bench wall. For short people, you'll definitely sink into the seat and feel even shorter, and you can't eat properly. Also, some spots have you sitting right in between the cracks, so it is uncomfortable to sit. You can't move the tables, so you're stuck wherever you are seated. Other than that, I always go for the spicy creamy vegan ramen! It's so good and my favorite! I add extra toppings and spice to make it even more delicious. The kale noodles are another great option if you get tired of the regular noodles they use.

Joanne took wonderful care of me. It was busy and she still made the time to serve me and help me through the menu. Excellent cocktail maker too. I haven't been here in 5 years. It was terrible last time. BUT redemption. Excellent service and food. Highly recommend.

Love this place! Amazing food and great staff. Very eclectic environment and a great bar.

My friend and I stopped by here. I had the tonkotsu red, spicy level 3, and added two extra seasoned eggs. I will say it was really great and enjoyed it very much. If I had to go back again I would get it again but would try level 4. Waiter and everything else was nice. Did not had a bad experience at all.

Food is amazing, service is quick to help not huge on conversation if you're waiting on an order but that's fine. Good date night spot
