This place is amazing. Brian was my server, great service!! Everyone was super helpful and the premium red tonkotsu was the beat ive HAD. Great joint. Highly recommend this.

So good!! Recently visited for my daughters birthday and we all loved it! All of us had a different ramen bowl and each were so good in their own way. Very friendly service too! 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for a traditional ramen bowl.

Atmosphere was definitely a great vibe! Food was fantastic! Highly recommend the Birria Ramen & Crispy chicken!! And the service was over and beyond!! Our group all has severe allergies or intolerances and the server handled it over the top!! She has been there since the restaurant opened over 8 years ago it appeared so she was very knowledgeable… We did have a mix up with one order when the ticket came, my son ordered a SMALL rice bowl. We have never been here before so I assumed the server had the order size correct when it arrived, couldn’t tell you the size difference upfront as again we have never been there.…. When I received the ticket I was charged for a regular sized. She did fix it but I just felt she definitely blamed me for that mix up but no we definitely ordered a small not only cause he’s only 11 but we were unsure he was going to like it!! Not a deal breaker but was awkward at the end due to that! But thank you everyone at Jinya! We WILL be back!!!!! I told my sons that overall the way that server was should be the normal standard that EVERY server in the industry should be!

The food here is very good, but the portion sizes are a fair bit smaller than most restaurants, especially for the price. I got the garlic rice bowl this time, with the birria beef added for a $7.00 additional charge. While it was good food, there was perhaps around 1/4 cup of beef, and the rice did not have the garlic chips or green onion mentioned in the description. Instead it had 5 whole garlic cloves. Since description also says it is garlic fried rice with eggs, and then finished with egg at the table, I also was expecting more egg than there ended up being. All told, for a $16 meal (before taxes and tip), there was enough food to leave me a little short of feeling satisfied, much less full.

The service was good, if a little hurried.

In all the food amazing this wasn’t my first time and usually the staff are amazing to but my waitress was super rude he didn’t ask what we wanted to drink and just gave us water and didn’t ask my mom what level of spice she wanted so it came out to spicy for her she got a new bowl and it was fine the second time than at the end he said we had 2.44 left over but didn’t came back with the change? Several tables around us had messed up orders as well. I’ve never seen them mess things up so much and I’ve been coming here regularly for three years now. Service has gone way down compared to what it used to be.

Its ramen, it's good. I had an extremely fun time. Can get a little loud/echoey if you're sensitive to noise. Mixed drinks (both cocktails and mocktails) taste great. The ramen is absolutely fabulous on a cold day.

We usually order the vegan ramen and mochi ice cream everytime we visit this place. The food here is absolutely amazing. We can also add extra toppings on our bowls as per our likings which was nice. The only thing which could be improved here is the seating arrangement as it feels a little too tight at the moment. It would have been nice to have a little more spacious seating to enjoy the food better and to have better privacy.

Yooooooo Big shout out to mother Theresa one of the leads at the restaurant! My order was wrong I called to express my concern, she was kind, patient, and UNDERSTANDING! She replaced my order. I can’t be any happier.
