Very nice clean place to eat

Was visiting Omaha and came in on a Saturday morning. And now I can see why. Puts the mid in Midwest. Disappointed.

Worst attitude of employees. Placed an order online for pick up and an hour and 10 minutes later they didn’t make it. No greeting when I first came in I felt like I was bothering the girl on her laptop. No apologies for not even seeing the order to make it. Didn’t explain just made me feel stupid and told me I could go. No sorry about that or have a good day. Way to lose a loyal customer.

Cool atmosphere. Lack of signage makes it a bit hard to find. The menu looks amazing but kitchen execution was lacking.

Very disappointing experience. We arrived around 10 in the morning and was told that they did not have coffee because none of the waitstaff knew how to operate the coffee machine. They were later able to serve black coffee. Brought the coffee out, no creamer, or utensils. We had to ask the waitress to bring each of those things out. The table behind us was experiencing the same poor service. Ended up leaving after one cup of coffee. Do not come here if you’re looking for a good dining experience!

We went in for Sunday Brunch- The food was edible but had no flavor or seasonings. The staff seemed fairly new and didn’t even know what a “Michelob” was. We were then told they were out of champagne for mimosas, out of the on-tap beer that was on their menu, and out of breakfast potatoes. On top of that, we didn’t get silver ware until we asked for it and the waiters were not attentive. Needless to say, we don’t recommend this place at all.

Stopped for breakfast. I ordered the sausage pancakes and eggs. Sausage was hard a a rock eggs were not cooked they way I asked. The weirdest thing was they brought my food on a tray, no plate just a tray. Won't come back.

Truly wish 0 stars was an option. The best thing about this place was the neon sign. It was downhill from there. Hot mess of a bathroom. Dry, inedible pancakes. Ridiculously slow, unbothered waitstaff despite being one of the only tables in the place. Do yourself a favor, go to McDonald’s. You’d get better food and better service from a kiosk.

We ordered breakfast via door dash. When it arrived only half of it showed up. Our pancakes and waffles came with no butter or syrup. The biscuit showed up as well without any gravy. Plus, the worst thing was we had to eat everything with our hands cause they didn’t send any utensils and we were staying in a hotel room.

Visited JoJo's this morning and were the only customers in the restaurant. After that, four other tables became occupied and every single one got their food before us. Some of them actually finished and left before we finally had to ask when we would get our food. The waitress said sorry and went back toward the kitchen where the orders are turned in. She apparently had laid our ticket on her counter but didn't put it where the kitchen staff would get it. That was bad enough but then we saw them all laughing about it. Funny to them, not so much for us. We had somewhere to be, so had to cancel the order. You would think that she'd comp our few coffees and sodas for our trouble but that didn't happen. Very unhappy and likely won't return. I also notice that JoJo's doesn't respond to reviews on Yelp so I doubt that they bother to read them and improve their service.

This was a good find. Food was hot and delicious! I had the biscuits and gravy, sooo yummy. There were great choices on the menu, you cou do a simple eggs and bacon or try one of their amazing bowls. If you are in Omaha this is a must stop!!

A diner that was out of orange juice. And sweet tea. And English muffins which are used for one of their featured sandwiches. And no one knew how to use the espresso machine. I guess it's not surprising it was completely dead at 10 am on a Saturday.

Not a bad place in an odd location for breakfast. Our server Mateya was super kind and prepared some nice drinks for us. Food was average, a bit oily for breakfast as I got everything hashbrown. Chicken and waffle were gross tho.
