I regularly order weekly on taco Tuesday and this week I was shorted 3 tacos and charged for them. I clearly ordered 3 beef tacos and 3 beef and cheese only and said for a total of six and she said yep. Didn’t call to complain and this is just a reminder to check your orders upon pick up. A shortage like that means someone didn’t get a dinner 😔

So today’s lunch was at Jonesey’s taco House in Omaha, Nebraska. It is taco Tuesday. And if you know what that means, especially at this place, you’re going to get a taco that was fit for a king. I thought that I would order three of them. But I probably should’ve only ordered two, but I wasn’t going to leave that third one untouched. If you’re looking for a place to come any day of the week, but if taco Tuesday seems to be your go to place on Tuesdays I would highly recommend coming here. The food is great. The atmosphere is casual and the service here is top-notch and friendly.So if you are a person who just wants regular sauce that’s not very hot or you want something that will make your eyebrows sweat. You definitely have some choices here. Come and try each flavor.

With the amount of meat you get in the tacos I would call this diabetic friendly!! Made me super happy when I tested it out and found I was able to keep one of my favorites still!! Love this place!!
This place is running a towing scam. I went to pick up a to go order at tracks, next door, and couldn’t find parking, so I stopped in the side parking lot of Jonseys thinking that 5 minutes in and out wouldn’t be an issue. Granted I should have read the signs, but everyone has done this at some point in their life. I spent literally 5 minutes in tracks and come back out to my car on a tow truck. I tried to plead with the truck driver to no avail, and he informed me I’m out of luck until Monday morning unless I want to Venmo him 225 then and there to drop my car. After paying the driver he drops my car and immediately goes to hitch up the vehicle directly next to me. I’m not suggesting that I was in the right to park in their lot, but they are 100% running a scam, likely with a kick back from the greasy tow truck company. I checked other reviews and similar incidents have happened, but with real customers. What a shameful way to make a dollar, no wonder their parking lot was empty.

Not sure what’s worst the tacos or their jokes. What was maybe funny at once to us is overplayed and no longer makes up for their Karen mentality business practices. The business really needs to evolve.
Service was fantastic you definitely have a great wait staff. I want to love the food but it wasn’t for me. Everyone likes different things so to each their own.

they apparently make a hot beef sandwich, which makes no sense for this type of restaurant. their social media presence is terrible too. it's obvious they use chatgpt to come up with stuff. if they don't like this review, they'll say something, but it didnt come from a human.
