This was a Grubhub order, so in their defense, where I didn’t see it, I did order with light cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes, but that doesn’t excuse the fact that there really wasn’t anything on them at all and they gave me 2 sauces for 8 tacos and a Chimichanga which by the way was dumped into the bag with all the cheese sauce dumped in the bag. I called the restaurant and told the manager the situation he told me it was a “Grubhub problem” , So I said okay we’ll do it the hard way. But when I got to thinking about it this food wasn’t even edible so I took it back to the restaurant because I wanted him to see the garbage they sent me and even he admitted that there wasn’t anything on the tacos and he did offer to remake the order but like I told him I already gave you your chance when I spoke to you on the phone, I just wanted you to see it. I really used to love Jonesy’s, but the last couple times it haven’t been all that great and this experience was the end.

Stopped in recently on a Wednesday evening for quick take out. Ordered a #7 and 2 chicken tacos (used to be my favorite). Got home finally, after waiting 15 min for our order. Opened the boxes and found no garnishes on the 2 tacos. The #7 had an enchilada.....no beans or rice and no taco. VERY DISSAPPOINTED !!!!! Jonesy's used to be our go to place for great food.

I was parked less than sixty seconds to check for my boyfriend. Next door and I had to pay $202 and then they were rude. How disgusting to prey on potential customers as we were deciding between the three restaurants. Will never consider them as an option.

So many great things about this place! We like it so much I cater their tacos in for my crew of 65! Its just a simple hometown tacos joint. The food is always good, the service is 5⭐️ and the atmosphere is laid-back.
