As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted by two young ladies who were very sweet and kind, I had trouble deciding what I wanted but they both offered a variety of options and quickly helped me decide which to order. They made my drink faster than any other smoothie store in Omaha. They truly were the best and made my experience well above a 5 star rating. I will be coming back here again because the service was so great!

Me and my fiance are frequent customers and we have always loved the experience with the employees they've always been really nice friendly and helpful to us and welcoming of our dog but today we came in and were greeted by a rude employee who made us feel very unwelcomed and had a nasty attitude and made us feel like we were stupid and unwelcomed. I also asked tor for second pup cup wich I can understand if it isn't allowed but she said that you guys werent even allowed to give them out they just do it because they feel like it but going to other franchises I know that is not the case .When I asked her what her name was she gave me a very nasty look and told me it was Brooklyn. We come here at least 3 times a week but will not be coming when she is on shift and she should really have a attitude check we understand people have bad days but dealing in customer service should not be taken out on the customers. We are early morning Baristas I hope Brooklyn has a change of character if we run into her again. But outside of that this is would be 5 stars.

$7 is not too terrible for a 24oz smoothie with the amount of flavor these things have, absolutely wonderful. Staff are always nice at any time of day. There's a few tables if you want them but, I mean, frozen drinks are always best enjoyed on the road with the windows down!

Today I went through the drive thru and one of the workers had an attitude which its fine they were busy I get it but I got handed my smoothie and she gave it fast and it was spilling when she gave it to me like it got all over me and my car. I tried saying something but she cut me off by saying have a nice day. Please work on the customer service.
