Me and my fiance are frequent customers and we have always loved the experience with the employees they've always been really nice friendly and helpful to us and welcoming of our dog but today we came in and were greeted by a rude employee who made us feel very unwelcomed and had a nasty attitude and made us feel like we were stupid and unwelcomed. I also asked tor for second pup cup wich I can understand if it isn't allowed but she said that you guys werent even allowed to give them out they just do it because they feel like it but going to other franchises I know that is not the case .When I asked her what her name was she gave me a very nasty look and told me it was Brooklyn. We come here at least 3 times a week but will not be coming when she is on shift and she should really have a attitude check we understand people have bad days but dealing in customer service should not be taken out on the customers. We are early morning Baristas I hope Brooklyn has a change of character if we run into her again. But outside of that this is would be 5 stars.

$7 is not too terrible for a 24oz smoothie with the amount of flavor these things have, absolutely wonderful. Staff are always nice at any time of day. There's a few tables if you want them but, I mean, frozen drinks are always best enjoyed on the road with the windows down!

I tried saying something but she cut me off by saying have a nice day. Please work on the customer service.

Visited Wednesday, May 8th around 1:15/1:30pm. Upon walking in, the girls behind the counter weren’t overly friendly. I asked about the menu (the individual I was with was from out of town & not familiar), they essentially pointed to the wall & offered little guidance. Perhaps what drives this review the most was the condition of the bathroom. I travel on the road a lot for work & it was in the most horrid condition I’ve experienced (even compared to gas station bathrooms). There was no soap left and no paper towels……how are staff washing their hands?!? There was trash and a tampon strewn on the floor. There is also a hole in the wall from the door handle and it was stuffed with toilet paper. It felt completely unsanitary and being at a food establishment, incredibly concerning. This wasn’t just a day of being unattended. It made me wonder when the last time management or ownership have physically been on site. Very disappointing & after years of frequenting Juice Stop, I’ll plan to take my business elsewhere.

I was recently diagnosed/started battling a health condition. Some days I can’t eat solid foods & anyone that knows me knows this has been one of the hardest parts because I am a total foodie! So majority of the time when I visit I am not only down/drained/weak from treatment, but also hangry & irritated that my options are extremely limited. And oftentimes I’m rushing straight from the hospital, feeling so bad for having to be THAT person that orders right before they close because I hadn’t eaten anything but ice chips all day .. and they still always make me feel so welcomed. It doesn’t matter the time or day, every single time I’ve gone I have been treated with the best service. I also order around 3-4 drinks at a time because my girlfriend & our rescue doggo are now both hooked as well. And I ask to pay for a “special pup cup” (pictured) because she’s a big girl, and they accommodate every time without hesitation. There have even been a few times I had forgotten to ask & they still surprised me with one waiting at the window anyways. The staff there is SUPER awesome & even on my darkest days when smiling seems impossible, they always prove me wrong. Kudos to this location for real ???? there would be many days I wouldn’t eat at all if it weren’t for y’all! Thank you for being my fuel to overcoming this life obstacle!
