I ordered a world’s cup and asked if there was anyway to substitute the milk for something else. The girl working at the counter that was helping me looked at me like I was crazy then proceeded to give me an attitude the entire time I dealt with her. Then they proceeded to gossip and talk about me out loud while my significant other was in the place, while I ran out to the car to get my phone to pay. The smoothie had a bunch of chunks of ice in it. Would not recommend coming to this Juice Stop, spend a little more time and miles driving to a different one. Highly Dissatisfied and disappointed.

Always so friendly and the smoothies rule. Very helpful with substitutions as well, overall one of the best places to go for something sweet that won't break your wallet downtown. Especially when you use the app.

2024: Customer service is non existent here now....walk up to the register and employee walks up and stares at you...no hello, how are you, or what would you like/have you been here before. Sad. I understand the old market has taken an immense turn and unfortunately lost its shimmer, but at least try to keep customers around by being friendly. Sad...bathroom was clean and single person which was nice. My drink was just okay compared to what I remember it being like in the past. Honestly wouldn't go out of my way like I did today to go back here again. 2019: Delicious smoothies, fairly priced and friendly staff! Love juice stop!!
One of the worst experiences I have ever had at an establishment & I am a loyal customer. I have only been to this location a few times & have never been more disappointed in an establishment. The younger/bigger black lady (not sure about pronouns I apologize) was absolutely horrible and complaining over & over how she is the only one scheduled. As each customer walked in behind me I could see them getting more & more frustrated, to the point to where they finally snapped on me after I asked how much longer I would be waiting (I was at the 15 min mark by the time I had asked.)If you want to pay $8 for a smoothie that will take 15+ minutes, this is your place! If you are in any type of hurry & you think this might be a fast option, think again!!!! I ended up being extremely late to work after the employee finally decided to make my smoothies. Other customers had walked out & one lady even called the police because the employee was screaming/shouting profanities about having to work alone with “all of these people ordering”.I will never step a foot in this location again. If you want a truly welcoming/caring experience, PLEASE check out the location out West in Regency. They also won’t make you feel like a huge inconvenience to them when you ask them to scan your code for rewards like this employee did either (which I never got them added, they just lied and said it scanned) but I clearly had to pick & choose my battles that day.I reached out to management & Corbin responded a few short times but hasn’t gotten back to me, I was holding off on posting this review, but this entire situation has been disappointing. From management down. My last hope is that the store owners will see this & hopefully make things right.
