Ordered online and waited for 30 min and am still waiting in the store listening to the drive thru lady blame the online ordering system for food not being ready. Meanwhile 5+ cars have gone thru the line and gotten food.

Idk her name but she seems to be shouting at everyone about what they’re doing.

My guess is they need to pay these people more if they want anyone to give a shit about their work.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DON'T HAVE TIME TO WAIT! It took me 35 minutes to get my food in the drive-thru and I was the only car. The food was OK but they gave me Mac and cheese instead of the fries I ordered. Will not be returning. Seems like Popeyes does it 10 times better and faster with the same amount of employees.

Wish I could leave zero do not go here they will make you wait 40 plus minutes to get your food even if you order through the app ahead of time happened to me twice first time I got a half hearted apology second time they didn’t even bother to care that they were making us wait so long saw them give our food to drive through people all while marking my food as ready and making me wait an additional 30 minutes ridiculous

This place is a nightmare!

I have only been here two times! The first time I was there, they got my order somewhat right gave me the wrong sauce on my nuggets. I brushed it off. It was fine whatever. I go there today. Pay for my food and I wait 20 minutes to get my food and when I get my food, they forgot my fries and my nuggets were wrong at the window. They said it was no issue. I wanted my nuggets in Nashville hot they told me they didn’t have Nashville hot at that location which is whatever that’s fine. They got me these fries. The fries were stale and cold and she told me they were fresh nuggets. These nuggets were cold as they would’ve been in a fridge….. I will never ever ever ever be going to this KFC ever again the absolute worst experience at a fast food place I have ever had get it together

Slow. I had a pick up order. I got a message at 5:45 saying it was ready. I went in at 5:50 & it was not ready. I did not leave until 6:09. Missing one item and fries were cold yet burnt looking.

I hit the drive-through pretty hungry, late in the afternoon.
3 piece original chicken.
A side of corn and ice tea.

Hungry as I was opened the box, 4 old greasy pieces of chicken, side of corn barely full container and i was like where's the biscuit?

Oh, that must be why I got an extra piece of old greasy chicken. They had no biscuits, i guess.

KFC, when you stop after the lunch rush, well, I should have known.

Ordered a 4 piece chicken tender, 3 of them were as hard as a rock, 2x darker than the other single tender, and were the size of about 2 chicken nuggets. Was 90% solid breading all around, and they decided not to give me syrup for the waffles. I was also literally the only customer there at the time.

Manager was cussing and talking about very inappropriate topics. Food wasn’t cooked. Took forever. Awful customer service and they tried to scam me for extra money. Worst experience. There was no effort and the sanitary aspect was disgusting.

We went through the drive thru and were missing food. The famous bowl doesn’t have gravy in it, we’re missing a side of mashed potatoes and gravy, we didn’t get the meals we ordered, etc.

I wonder if corporate knows you guys are closing your lobby before 7pm on a Friday night? Insane business practice. Definitely don’t go here unless you’re willing to wait in a drive through for a half hour

They did not give me half the food I ordered, and what they did give me was inedible. The biscuit was as hard as a rock, and the chicken seemed like it was from yesterday. I tried calling to talk them about the missing food, no one would answer, and I had no time to go back. I will not go back to this location.
