Place is a dump. I ordered a Famous Bowl, and then went to the restroom. When I got back out I got my order refunded and ate elsewhere due to how unsanitary the entire place is from the kitchen to the bathroom. Bathrooms have urine and stains everywhere, trash overflowing in the lobby, kitchen looked like it hadn’t been sanitized in months.

On top of the chicken being dry and not getting what you order. They hang up on you when you call. They are rude, customer service is horrible, the team lead or manager Jessica was disrespectful and condescending. Corporate will be contacted.

I visited your restaurant this evening and had a disappointing experience. When I pulled into the drive-thru, no one greeted me over the intercom. After backing up and trying again, I still received no response, so I pulled forward to the window. An employee standing at the counter made eye contact with me but continued talking on her cell phone and did not acknowledge me.

I parked and went inside, and the same employee was still on her phone. She walked away when she noticed me. Another employee made eye contact and greeted me but did not come to the counter. Eventually, a third employee came from the back, apologized, and took my order, explaining he would speak with the employee on her cell phone.

When my order was finished, it was set on the counter without any acknowledgment, apology, or thank you. At no point was there consideration for the delay or lack of service. Meanwhile, the employee who had been on her phone was very concerned needing to know which personal drink was hers.

This was a disappointing interaction with what should be a quick and friendly service experience. I hope this feedback is helpful and supports improvements in customer service and staff attentiveness.

Took me a hour to get my food. They have a major staff problem right now. The whole line needs to be retrained in preparing food and learning how to keep the orders going out and not just taking them. The chicken was horrible. It looked and tasted like it had been sitting a vat of grease fur days. I would not recommend this place.

Was all good. Kind of a wait while they worked on delivery orders first but all in all good all around.
Good prices too! Less th610 buck.

The chicken made me need to run to the bathroom, it was so dirty and bitter tasting I couldn't even finish the first piece. The biscuits were so dry I drank half my drink just to moisten my mouth. The service was good though, but the employees were let down by a cheap owner not changing oil more and making them throw out old biscuits. The only things I would get from here is non fried foods, but considering almost everything is fried at KFC, I will never be back to this location.

The most recent time I came here was awful. There was one other person in the lobby waiting for their food and then I walked in. I was met with a child who is screaming and running around the restaurant. He is constantly climbing on counters and trying to grab other people’s food. I took it upon myself to try and get this kid to stop but to no avail. I waited 15 minutes past the pickup time for my mobile order when I realized that this is the managers child. This employee was letting this kid run around grabbing people food, screaming non stop, coughing in the faces of other kids, and almost knocking an old man over multiple times. I then waited another 10 minutes before I received my order. I swear I have never had a good experience at this kfc once. I’ve held off leaving a review because most of the problems are due to a lack of staff but it’s gone too far at this point.

There is no reason this kfc should not be adequately staffed, they certainly have the demand. Even worse, I am completely appalled that corporate allows this type of behavior. I feel bad for the people picking up mobile orders since they have no idea the managers kid was digging through their bags and even if they did, they’d have to wait 30 minutes to get new food while hearing this child scream his head off.

Please please please never go to this restaurant. They need to shape up or shut down.

My good friend and I had a truly awful experience at KFC. We ordered chicken, and to our suprise, it was raw in the middle. Not long after, we both suffered from severe food poisoning that lasted over a week. The service was equally appalling; one employee, a young African man who would rather be in the restroom than behind the counter while another, a woman who appeared to be meffin’ around and was completely out of it. When I asked for cream for my soda, she told me they don’t sell coffee. ( they sell dirty sodas) The entire visit was a disaster, and I strongly advise against eating here. The combination of raw chicken, terrible service, and unsettling staff behavior made it a truly regrettable experience.

Literally just ordered a family meal with a spicy chicken sandwich. Got home and im missing food. Of course I go to call the store and after 4 attempts, not even an answer. Its 2025... can we figure this out yet?

Its been awhile since I had Kfc last but, I found out why after the first bite. I Ordered a 5 piece tender that came out rubbery and stale. The fries came out fresh which was a plus but the mash potatoes came out bland and unappealing. I know the saying is finger licking good but, I will not be licking my fingers today. The service was fast and friendly. It is the only reason why I didnt give a 1 star.

The food was good but the service and wait times (even when you’re the only customer) are horrible. I love KFC but won’t visit this one ever. Orders are never correct and there is nothing fast about this fast food location.

This location has such inconsistent chicken. Sometimes the chicken is undercooked but this time around the chicken was so greasy the skin was falling off in clumps as we pulled it out of the bucket. The sides were horrible ! This is the last time we’ll go back!
