sweetest people i’ve ever met on a random monday night, i went through the drive thru and asked for a 4 piece chicken combo and they told me it would be a 5 minute wait, of course i could wait 5 minutes, i love chicken. they felt bad and had me pick my options of dessert and i said “they all sound good” and the kind manager said “you can have them all for waiting” best drive thru experience ever. kindest and best manager i have ever met in fast food and all i’ve worked...

Food, people, and atmosphere are above the average KFC. Problem is the technology they use. Ordering ahead timing does not reflect actual timing of the restaurant. Showed up at the time the app said the food was ready, but had to wait another 30 minutes. Manager was nice, apologetic. Gave me a free Pepsi as I played on my phone for 30 minutes waiting for my family’s food.
