13715 Q str. KFC Ordered: 3 PC. Extra crispy, fries and a pepsi. Got: 3 PC. Cold original, soggy cold fries, and no ice for the warm pepsi. Which turned out the ice wouldn't have helped the stale, flat pepsi anyway. Gave 1 star cause my dog managed to choke down most of a thigh.

I think the drive through audio needs updated. The employee who took my order had a hard time hearing me. Those headsets do degrade over time. Get those fixed and I'm sure things will be Excellent.

Just want to say thank you.
I deliver my 88 year old mom dinner every night. I've been so tired from day to day that I over slept roughly 4 hours say 930 pm ish . I needed to get her dinner immediately. I called this KFC who supplied 2, 3 pc meals with soda, with an awesome smile from the gentleman at the register who assured my frantic nerves that even if it had been minutes or seconds before close KFC would've been there for me. I almost cried.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me keep the most important person of all time in my life happy and shining with beauty.

Ordered 20 soft shells and employee never asked if that was all for my order. At the window I asked if I could make a separate order and she was rude to and told me I had to drive Bach through the drive through.
They have some kind of management issue there not very organized. Took 20 minutes for 12 pieces. Not the cleanest place in the world. It needs a real big kick in the ass. There's no way in hell the 12 chicken tenders cost $34

I havent ate here in a long while so i was very surprised to find out that they made the sides so small you finish them in 3 bits what happened to literally one a side of mashed potatoes feeding 3 people plus the gravy would always be in its own container damn i miss the 90's!

I used to really enjoy kfc. But the extra crispy chicken is just all skin and oil. The nac and cheese is just not good. Please update the recipe and include a better multi cheese sauce and better noodles. It's just so disappointing. Service is great but the food has really gone downhill. 😕
