The chicken, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, and gray were so fresh and tasty. The biscuts would have been, too, had they not been pulled out of the oven early. They were doughy in the middle and not browned.

Went to the L st. Location and as soon as we pull up to the speaker to order the worker already had a very unpleasant attitude and was rushing us, we asked if she could give us a minute and we were the only car there at the time and she rudely asked if there is anything she can help us find. We ordered a family meal and before we could even add anything else she told us our total and stopped speaking/taking our order. We at that point didn't even want to order anything else and we didn't order any thing else cause she was clearly not interested in taking our order and just wanted us to leave!

I ordered 2 orders of the hot n spicy wings . Instead of keeping fresh chicken in place they hold it to dump on an unsuspecting customer like me. This has happened twice now but will not be played again. The chicken served through drive through is always old and looks like it’s been sitting for hours . The breading is 10 times the thickness it should be . Absolutely disgusting and a waste of $20 each of the two times I have came through drive through

Facility was extremely dirty my son's got limited edition Jordans and his shoes were sliding and sticking to the floor the tables needed to be wiped down the bald headed old man that was working the counter was extremely rude acted as if we interrupted him when there was five other workers the counter in front of the fountain where you get your sodas at was completely filthy and sticky like if you going to have all these people working your place should be smelling like cleaning materials when you walk in and it was disgusting and there was a lady in a guy sitting there talking about customer service and everything so I'm assuming that they were head up managers y'all doing a very bad job at that situation

Food was good. The app was wonky and the staff was rude. Open the lobby pls the pandemics over. I ordered the 3 piece meal with slaw and a drink. I got two pieces along with a piece of mystery meat. LoL. Seriously 1 guess which part of the chicken this is.
