64850390What a waste of time. We order online and I go into the restaurant and told them my wife ordered online. I gave them first, middle and they say they have nothing. I show them the order number above and they don’t even show that to the restaurant apparently. Useless!!Lady came up asked name again, I gave name again and added last name WATTON and said the same. Nothing, we have no open orders. If we had an open order it would show here.Called back half way home saying we need refund. Can’t do that either.When I called and announced my first name . Oh now they have that.Why in the world can’t these people simply see what orders they have stacked elsewhere other than the pickup shelf and see if it’s even there. Didn’t bother to check, but sure was great at saying we have no orders.I bet if I had a common name of Mike, Steve, etc wouldn’t you think you would ask what the LAST name is.Unreal!!!! Or wouldn’t you ask if it might be a different name instead just keep saying we have nothing!!!!

Guy was pleasant . food had to much pepper on chicken in the $5 bowls.
Came through looking for something fast to eat before my overnight shift and the chicken and fries were so old and cold. I called up there and spoke to Brian Kilby, who is the manager, and he was so rude and told me that I'd have to just be late for work because I wasn't getting anything unless the product was returned to the store. I told him I wasn't going to be able to until tomorrow when I got off work and he said bring it tomorrow with the receipt and hung-up LOLThat's horrible customer service especially coming from a manager. Brian mean self needs a new career!!!

Just came from this location for the 2nd time in 45 minutes because they did not have my online order when I arrived the first time. Came home made copies of the online order from my home computer and went back and then they had the order ready 20 minutes after expected time. The only OLD lady working there at 3:20PM was very snooty. When I asked if they had my order this time and she said "Oh well" for having them actually complete an order. So she handed it to me and I said hopefully next will go better and she said again "Oh well". She needs to be terminated it is obvious she hates here job and not treating people with respect.

TEN OUT OF TEN!!!! I've never been to this establishment before but trust I will come back! The drive thru was so fast! I got to the speaker to order and the woman was so nice and repeated my order back to me. Then I got up to the window and the woman (who I'm assuming was the same one who took my order) handed me my drink and was like "Hey how are you?" and it sounded like she genuinely wanted to know! Not like those other fast food places who have to say it because it's part of the script. She then told me that they don't have any more legs but they have thighs and I'm like "that's alright I'll take a thigh". Then I got my food and she said "have a good day baby <3". And when I got home to eat my food I noticed the fattest most juiciest scrumdidliuptions thigh in the world. LUCINDA DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! YALL GIVE HER A RAISE RIGHT NOW!!!
