I was given the wrong food and when I explained it to the manager, I didn't ask for a refund, but I didn't even get a real apology, but basically told to pay more attention next time

I mean are you guys still in business? This location never has chicken made and the sides are continuously stale it doesn’t make sense anymore? I always drive out of my way because this location is always out of everything… if sales are down I bet it’s because yall never have food made and no one is waiting every time they come here

On 9/3/25, I took my mother to KCF on North 72nd. The wait was long but the manager was polite. It was clear that he was short staffed. We ordered a 2 piece for her and the nuggets for me both meals. When we opened the food, it was a huge disappointment. My Nuggets were small, overcooked and someone just squirted the sauce on top. My mom's two piece was also very small and over cooked.
I sent an email compliant and was given a Case Number. My biggest issue was that we didn't have a lot of money to spend, and we chose to spend it KFC. For a mess. I did get a response to my email and it was to identity the location that I went to.
I responded with that information not once, not twice, but 3 times without a response from the person who was working my case. I called the corporate office about 2 or so weeks ago and they confirmed that my case was open, but the executive team had not reviewed my complaint.
I then filed this experience with the BBB. Nothing. Today I sent my last communication to KFC telling them that it's crazy how they treat people and that we won't ever spend our hard-earned money there again.

My order was wrong my food was cold I came back in staff was rude so oh well I'll just leave it exactly like this this particular location is terrible every time I go to this location it's a nightmare!

The sheer disrespect of the kids working at this place tonight is baffling! How does the restaurant close at 11, I am there at 9:59 have no wings up? First the speaker says “sorry we are close” and then the girl answers laughing. I ask for wings and she said “we don’t have any” then proceeds to tell me what they “only have left” EXCUSE ME? It takes 12-16 minutes to drop wings which would’ve made it 10:20 ish by the time I got my food. How does a chicken place not have any wings up an hour before they close? I will be calling the store and speaking with the managing partner as well as calling corporate (even if this is a franchise) because I have never had a problem during the day! The quality of people that they have running the place on 10/10/2026 closing shift should be evaluated. I am truly disappointed.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich probably one of the easiest things on the menu, I just got off work I wanted something quick. My sandwich was the size of half a chicken strip, the whole thing was covered in sauce bun even the outside of the wrapper was wet with sauce. I got no napkins and it was like 15 bucks. My fries were mixed with potato wedges idk if that’s even a thing. Worst kfc experience ever.

Absolutely disgusting…food was inedible. Chicken was burnt and old and greasy didn’t even bother to give us our entire order or condiments we requested.the employees take zero pride in their work.stay away far far away.

The floors were sticky. My shoes were sticking everywhere. The employees were loudly complaining and swearing about the management. Even the person claiming he was the night manager was complaining to the other employees. The food was both fresh and some that had been there for a while. The soda machine was very dirty like it hadn't been cleaned for a while. It reminded me why I don't eat at KFC anymore. I actually felt dirty after leaving.

Didnt get my free bucket!

Ordered the free bucket of chicken deal, online, with my account and redeemed the coupon. When I went to pick it up, there was no bucket of chicken included. I asked about it, the employee talked to the manager, which I could see.

The manager sent the employee back to tell me that cant give it to me because I have to order it online...That is literally bait and switch, theft. Manager refused to redeem the coupon and forced the employee to confront me about it.

Ordered 6pc drumsticks and it was the driest chicken I've ever had in my life.not to mention they were very bland,no taste at all.very disappointed and now I have to choke down dry,bland chicken.

The chicken was either mushy or dried to being unable to be ate and the cake was frozen. Walked in and everyone was just hanging out and seemed put out by me coming to get my order I put in online....I won't be back
