Ordered the 8 PCs meal received 1 breast,1 drumstick, all the rest was thighs. The biscuits were smashed in the chicken bucket. That's after waiting in the drive thru 10 to 15 minutes. To bad they don't have any pride in their job 😔

Beware of this KFC. They waited until I had paid and got up to the window before they told me they had no silverware. And so I took the meal and then when I went to eat it it wasn't even the right order

Pickup order for supper. Ordered a bucket of 8 pieces of dark meat.; their Tuesday'special'.I believe it was recooked, as it was very dark, slightly dry and heavy seasoned with salt as predominant flavor of seasoning. Terrible taste in my mouth next morning and extreme thirst thru the night due to heavy salted chicken. Will throw out the 3 pieces remaining. I won't return to this location again.

While having a particularly hard day at the hospital with my friend, I was very pleased to be treated extremely kind by the young gentleman in the window. He was extremely personable and friendly. He was exactly what I needed yesterday. And the food was pretty good too.
Our food was delicious! We did not mind the long wait time with the aftermath of the storm, and were very appreciative that they were still serving customers. During our hour long wait, we witnessed the manager on duty yelling at several customers and obviously flustered with the amount of backed up orders. It did not help the situation that there were 2 staff members in the back talking poorly about customers so loud it could be heard into the lobby, while also not working and visibly on their cellphones. The real complaint is the lack of control the manager had over the situation and his staff, and the loss of composure in the face of criticism from customers.
