Tried to sell me 12 nuggets for 28.00 dollars, those are tenders prices and argue with me about it. My wife did kind of like the pizza chicken they had, pricey at 10.00, so I had to stop elsewhere for my dinner

I always order take out. I have come to this location for a long, long time. Sometimes they forget something; sometimes they include something I didn't order (like coleslaw), but those can be fixed if I discover it soon enough. This is the first time I've ever gotten a chicken breast and biscuit so dry, so hard they were nearly inedible. I tried to steam the biscuit to soften it a bit, but that failed. What I got was a biscuit that tasted like it had been left out to dry for several days. The chicken tasted like it had been fried sometime early in the day, then left under a heat lamp for the rest of the day to thoroughly and completely dry out. Both the meat and the biscuit were so hard, I was tempted to simply give it to my dog, who, having starved in her early years, has no 'full' switch. But I hadn't had time to eat today so I was hungry by evening and tired. On the bright side, the staff were friendly and quick. I don't know if this piece ended up pushed to the back of the tray over and over, but it was disappointing, to say the very least. Time of order: 6 p.m., ticket # 1582

The food was terrible food was cold mac n cheese burnt potatoes were old tasting they had a bluetooth speaker on the counter playing so loud I couldn't even hear the guy taking my order come on we need better this food cost alot of money anymore my dogs would barely eat it ? ?

Their fryer was down for original recipe and eventhough the extra crispy was fresh it wasn't all that crispy.
Good music foods always fresh great customer service and it's hard to find in today's time definitely from the younger ones managers must do a really good job because this store the teenagers are very customer friendly as well love it here all food is good normally do the chicken but tenders and sandwiches are good as

What happened to the KFC we used to enjoy at least twice a month? The last 4 out of 5 visits the chicken has been barely seasoned, old and or greasey. Most of the time 12 to 16 piece buckets only include 1 chicken breast in the assortment. The most recent order included a piece with the neck attached. Sides are usually very good. Disappointing to see 1 employee (possibly the manager) doing everything during our 25 minute wait while the other employee walks around behind the counter drinking a pop.

Upon entering and standing in line, we had a view of an open bathroom door with trash on the floor, after ordering and getting our drink cups the fountain soda machine was a filthy mess as well as the counter surrounding the machine, while waiting for our food the cook was on his phone and went out back with the door open to smoke a cigarette with the door open and all smoke coming in the building, the floor in the work area was dirty and had trash laying on it. The other staff was holding a cigarette in her hand while near the drive-through amd while getting my friend another order of fries, she then wet out back to smoke with the door open and the other girl followed her out, the cook was on his phone and nobody tending the front or customers. I had a # 3, and the tenders looked like old chicken nuggets, not tenders. The wall next to our table was literally falling down, the door glass was filthy with handprints at both entries and NOBODY was cleaning anytime soon

Bought an 8 piece meal yesterday, although the chicken, coleslaw, and potatoes were delicious. The corn appeared as though it was cooked a day or two in advance, the gravy was missing it's usual delicious KFC taste, and the dinner rolls were hard as rocks.
