Got a 12 piece meal bucket with a coupon and the chicken was super greasy. Skin was falling off of the chicken trying to pick it up. The attendant had an attitude like I made her life choices for her. Only good thing about the deal was the sides. I asked if they had boneless chicken, to which the attendant snidely replied, “no it’s regular bone in chicken.” I understand that as a basic person with common sense, but she could have mentioned the chicken tenders. The place was nice though, which is why I gave that 5*.

Seems like every time I go to this location it gets worst. Go to this location at 7pm and every employee is outside smoking. I go inside and wait for the staff to come in. Before I could even order the lady proceeds to tell me she closing the inside after me cause she's losing a employee. The food that's sitting up there looks like it's been sitting there for hours. This store needs more than a cosmetic inside makeover. It needs new staff that want to be there.
I waited 15 minutes for my one order famous bowl with no cheese with a biscuit there was cheese on it and they did not put my biscuit in he bag , when I went back in the ask for the correct order they gave me attitude and then I Saw that they were all kids so that’s why my experience was less than normal.

Every time we order from this location there’s always something wrong. Whether it being the food is cooked wrong or items are incorrect or just missing altogether. If i were you i would just stop ordering from this location specifically.

Lobby is always closed!!! So I had to use drive thru to pickup my order. Staff said once food is ready; we will bring it out for you. Please go ahead and pull up on the front. There are long lines of cars waiting ahead of me and I don’t how long they have been waiting. My order is supposed to be done by 5:50 and I’m writing this review at 6:10 and still waiting. So far none of this car have got their order either.
If you are low on staff then please hire more. It is really frustrating waiting for an order like this.

The workers are not the most friendliest people. Food is trash just about every time I've been here. Today I waited 20 minutes for extra crispy chicken. Got it home the breading was either falling off of just wet. Biscuits was extremely burnt. The two ladies in there seem to be on something. I wasted $53.00
My husband stopped and got the 8 pice meal we only got 6 pices dark brown and fries where brown not the best they do we always like it but we're disappointed

the night crew is kinda bother some when you watch the managers make food with no gloves as well as looking strung out and annoyed. with customers. i dont appreciate my food handled with out proper gloves so if the district or owner cant contain this issue. or make sure employees have sleeves to cover up there outside usage would be lovely i dont wanna see users making my food stung out. i do not recommend this store to anyone. unless you are just super hungry.
