I ordered lunch yesterday and had to pull over for 25 min than she came out asked what I ordered I told her she said it wasn't made yet. I think thry gave it to the person in front of me. Than I had 5 min to grt back to work she gave me wrong order cause n y chicken wasn't in box. Just 3 shrimp n 2 fish. Bad service I will call for a replacement order today.

Spent 70 dollars on 4 meals, forgot half our order, which is our fault for not looking, went to eat what we received thinking it would be hot a fresh, it was terrible, Cold and not cooked. We called down there thinking they would make it right and that was a big no, told me kfc policy is good for the chicken to sit out for 3 hours. I will never go back

We went here today and order LJS. They parked us and ended up bringing us an entire KFC order. My husband went in and informed them that the order was wrong. They ended having cook fresh fish, which should have taken no more than 10 minutes. We ordered our food at 4:18pm and did not receive our order until 5:03 pm. We get being short staffed and all the things but waiting almost an hour for fast food is ridiculous.

Worse kfc ever . Make you park for a large pop and it takes 45 minutes to come out . 10 cars parked by the door for their food so their drive thru time is faster but we’re out here waiting light years for trash food .

I ordered 2 big box meal one for me and one for my boyfriend mine didn't have the sides in it there was just the 3 peaces of chicken and the biscuit I tried calling but no one answered at 2pm in the afternoon so I couldn't call to see if I could pick up the rest of the order

My fries was not done and i told them they wasn’t and they didn’t believe me and got a attitude when i told them they wasn’t done.! I got new one and they wasn’t done either..
They had two people and a manager working. We were told to wait at the double doors. After 30 minutes I went inside to grab the food but had to wait another 30 minutes. Then they forgot a sauce and three fries but have nerves to post signs saying no refunds. Plus the food was nasty smfh

I had to wait an excessive amount of time because they said that they had to shut down and clean the grease two times a day!! Why would a restaurant shut down a fryer at 2:30 pm in the afternoon when they have customers waiting on their food?!?!
Do something about these nasty flies flying all over the restaurant... it's so disgusting!!!
