Good food. Chicken obviously fresh, hadn't been sitting there long. Received what I ordered - unlike the Q St location. Will definitely return!

I witnessed management at this KFC discriminate against someone who had applied for a job and came in for an interview. They were turned away and not even allowed to interview because of the manager's predjudice regarding the applicant's developmental disabilities, despite the fact that he was qualified for the position and had worked similar jobs in the past. I was absolutely sickened by the injustice I saw here.

Normally I have a good experience here but tonight I decided to stop by and grab dinner for my family on my way home. I was supposed to get 2 large sides and what I got is a side for 1 person and there are 5 of us. I ordered 2 more extra biscuits. I payed for them and when I got home they were not in the bag. I questioned the guy when I got the food and I was assured everything was in there. I tried to call and no one picks up. Horrible experience this time.

Kept rushing me while in drive thru when no one was even behind me..then didnt even give me all my food.very inconsiderate & pushy service. I won't return to that one.

Love the mashed potatoes & gravy and the original recipe chicken. Kids love the bowls. They fill them up & are a good serving size. We went off peak times but food was still fresh & staff was friendly.
Would give this a zero if i could, chicken felt dry inside, and it looks like their oil in the fryer hasn't been changed out, (oil looks to dark), it also looked like the chicken was already fried in dirty oil amd just left out sitiing for a long time, then put back into the fryer to hand to custumer, not very good. I have worked in fast food.

It has changed, the decorations, the look, and mostly the food is different...and worse. It seems processed, cheap, and fake.

Usually this KFC is pretty alright with timeliness of order and quality of food. Today, no one greeted me at the order screen so I pulled up to the window and nobody was there either so I left. I just wanted some mac n cheese :(

It is unusual that I eat at KFC, but I just received a $3 lunch coupon mailed to me and it was convenient after going to the gym. It is newer and clean here and a decent place for some chicken under $5! A great option if you're working out at Prairie Life, across the street.
