This restaurant has quickly become one of my absolute favorites! I get the Pad See Ew just about every time I come and it's always so delicious. I crave it at least once a week if not more. They make their own noodles here and they are absolutely incredible. You truly can't even begin to compare their noodles to premade ones, they're in a completely different league. I've had the opportunity to speak to the chef a few times while dining in and she is so kind!...
I had passed this little restaurant many times, dodging rush hour I decided to spend my time trying out a few staple I love. I had the fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce, a simpler dish but fresch and crisp as it should be. I followed up with a classic pho dish. It was delicious, and yes as most know it was because the broth, flavorful and zesty with a options regarding the spice level which makes it convenient for all tastes.
