For some reason they can consistently get my rice order wrong. they have rice, beans, and potatoes together. I can't eat the beans. I put it in the order but they don't always look. In this case I order the extra rice. I put it rice only for both the main meal and the extra rice. Not ever time but a lot I get it all. During the last time I walked this happened. I walked back in and told him. I got grief from him about how I should have written it down. He looked and saw u did write it down. I think from now on I will only go to the Dodge or South Omaha location. They seem to be able to read the request. Other than that the steak special my go to meal, a lot.

Standard King Kong location. The food is good. But the location is old, dingy and run down. The staff is also barely able to speak English. Even in Spanish they were rude and hard to communicate with. Not really a place I'd recommend unless you really, really want to experience some Omaha Grunge.

Food was amazing and nice and hot BUT the service is horrible. The gentleman had attitude when taking my order but before him a lady was taking my order and then he came on after she asked if I wanted cheese and had to say no twice but I guess she couldn’t hear me and then the man can on the speaker and finished my order. When pulling up to the window I didn’t get a greeting he just told me my total and asked if I wanted ketchup and mayo with attitude. He then proceeds to give me the tablet if I wanted to add tip and to sign. No I don’t tip if you don’t have good customer service. And if I could tip the cook I would because the food was amazing. But the way he was with the tone of his voice, his demeanor and the way he shoved the bag of food at me was rude and needs to work on his customer service if he’s going to be in the front dealing with customers
