Food was amazing and nice and hot BUT the service is horrible. The gentleman had attitude when taking my order but before him a lady was taking my order and then he came on after she asked if I wanted cheese and had to say no twice but I guess she couldn’t hear me and then the man can on the speaker and finished my order. When pulling up to the window I didn’t get a greeting he just told me my total and asked if I wanted ketchup and mayo with attitude. He then proceeds to give me the tablet if I wanted to add tip and to sign. No I don’t tip if you don’t have good customer service. And if I could tip the cook I would because the food was amazing. But the way he was with the tone of his voice, his demeanor and the way he shoved the bag of food at me was rude and needs to work on his customer service if he’s going to be in the front dealing with customers

$22 dollars for a single bacon burger fries and a Coke. Fries tasted like they sat there and were re-dropped in the fryer. Undercooked bacon was squishy. Cleanliness was non existent. The burger was a frozen patty and bun dry. Maybe they are known more for their Gyro's?

Used to really like these gyros. Today the texture, taste, seasoning, sauce …. We’re all bad especially for the high prices. Workers didn’t understand water cup and charged us for two drinks. Won’t be coming back. Could not eat even half because it tasted “off” and felt like I’d be sick later if I ate more.

Honestly the philly was pretty decent. stuffed with meat and fixins. Hot and tasty. Not seasoned with the typical Lowry's seasoning salt. Fries however, were a cold, rubbery mess. Obviously been sitting for a loooooong time. not even slightly warm. be advised for a philly, fries and small soda, $21.50 and that was with this being the daily special. They charge $5 for the soda.
