Our experience:
First, I have to say we rarely eat at King Kong because it is outrageous pricing for burgers & fries. But I gave it two stars bc at least the food was okay. Although, my son’s burger was done wrong- but that is not the worst part of this experience.
Today we decided to have pick-up some King Kong- we got two single burgers and two sides of fries. Was told by the lady at the drive-thru it was $40 and some change(absolutely insane!) But the real issue was that she CHARGED MY CARD FOR $8.07 more than what she told me. The receipt she gave me said $40.06 - so I asked her why it was showing she charged $48.07- she pretended to “not know” and said I had to take it up with my bank. She did not engaged anymore- didn’t even offer a refund for the excess charge!! She just gave me the food and closed the window! TERRIBLE SERVICE!
Of course, I’ve reported this. I know $8 isn’t much but it’s the shadiness and principle of it all. Especially when nowadays going out to eat is truly a luxury.
Very disappointed as we treat ourselves to King Kong when we can or on special occasions- only for them to do this.

For the cost, there isn't a better burger anywhere. The servings are HUGE!!!! Nobody leaves here hungry.

This place charges separately for everything. I got a burger fries and a pop and it was over $23 for that reason alone I will never eat here again. The burger was extremely dry. I had to put my own mayonnaise, mustard and ketchup on it and the burgers are so big that it's incredibly hard to eat them. They are extremely messy. I was very disappointed! This was my first and last time here.

For years I’ve been having a gyro on Monday for dinner to share with my wife at home.
I get it to go with everything seperate because it’s about 30 miles to my house. It reheats better seperated.
I get 2 sauces. Today I was charged for 2 sauces, while I would gladly pay for the one extra, when I pointed out the gyro comes with sauce, the lady said because I asked for it seperate she said there was an additional seventy five cent charge. $1.50 total. So maybe I’m being nit picky but this new policy lost them a customer who was buying every Monday from them for years. And recommending them. No more.
I’ll go elsewhere. Customer loyalty should be worth seventy five cents.

I was very excited to stop by and get my favorite gyros from one of my favorite places on dat night with my wife. Decided to go drive through because we also had other plans. Waited a couple minutes for them to take the order, no big deal. Get to the window and waiting on the lady in front to get her order. 20 minutes later she gets her food and spends two minutes double checking to make sure she got her stuff, finally get to the window, and nothing. Waited two minutes and didn't even open the window? With? My wife is normally the patient one. But 25 minutes from ordering to getting ignored was just too much and she said let's go. Went to a food truck with 20 people in line ahead of us and still got our food in under 10 minutes. King Kong on 13th is ridiculous.

I didn't used to mind spending $20 for a salad with chicken and feta cheese. The chicken was an amazing amount almost like half a chickens worth, and the feta cheese was piled on. However recently when I went, they cut back on the amount of chicken significantly as well as the feta cheese. There were four chunks of tomatoes, about a quarter pound of chicken and little sprinkles of feta cubes. For $20 it seems like I should get a decent portion, but unfortunately portion cutbacks have happened, but without a drop in price. I guess I will be making my Greek salads at home.
