Really loved the space as it makes for great meeting area or working. The menu is pretty simple. I had a matcha which was much sweeter and heavier than I would normally for it tasted more like drinking ice cream than a matcha. The staff was incredibly friendly and we talked with them multiple times during our visit. I'd be interested in trying coffee or latte next time as the sweetness was much more than I anticipated.

I first tried Kochava coffee last spring through Modus Coworking and loved the rich and bold flavor of the coffee. Fast forward to their opening, and being able to try multiple roasts, this is excellent coffee! As someone who loves flavored coffee pods and roasts, Kochava definitely has this on their menu. They also have fresh pastries everyday and even offer some local vendors items daily as well. I love the location as there aren't a lot of coffee shops west of the Old Market and its prime inside The Redfield building, which is home to Modus and Luli Creative House, with even more ventures on the horizon. The mission of this shop is to provide high quality coffee, and support our local businesses, and I think they check all the boxes.

Kochava (pronounced Ko-HA-va) located on Howard street, it’s convenient location in the historic Redfield building makes it easy to sit and enjoy a wonderful latte, smoothie or even regular drip coffee. The owners, Tashiara & Tyrese Wilson have done an excellent job setting up Kochava. The menu- while simple, still offers a wonderful variety & is updated seasonally. The team works hard to ensure the quality with fresh ground espresso and ingredients.Kochava also offers a variety of foods provided by local vendors & small businesses. They strive to give each one a chance & truly value the partnership that comes with working with each. Taking into consideration the tastes of customers, they work hard to bring in food that they know people will love. Please make sure to stop by and support this local business!

I enjoyed the relaxed and quiet vibe. I hope it stays that way! It’s a perfect location because of the various surrounding buildings.Holly was very informative and kind. The interaction is highly important to me, it sort of lets me know I will like my order. I was also greeted by the owner who exuded a warm and positive light.I ordered a chai with oat milk, my first sip was like woahhh, this is soo good. It was sweet but not to the point I felt sick after drinking, the flavor was on point though. The busy breakfast sandwich (Busy Vegan) with sauce was amazing! There is also a holiday drink menu and I’m excited to try on my next visit.Vegetarian options: Even though the menu options are slim they are very satisfying! It’s simple and delicious.

I'm so glad to see this creative and passionate team move into a part of downtown Omaha which has been lacking much appeal. +The business places a high priority on lifting up other small, first generation business owners. +They have a clear and concise menu, while still offering fun, seasonal options +Currently, the oatmeal cookie latte is a stellar sweet treat (try it as a cafe au lait for a little less of a sugar rush) but what a great taste profile! +The space is open, bright, spacious, and not super busy if you need a quiet place to work or read

I like Kochava Coffee a lot. It is one of my regular coffee shops for my morning work. The staff and owners are friendly and welcoming, and the seating area is comfortable and well decorated, with a "modern" feel. One of the special touches is the laptop trays, which allow me to comfortably use my laptop while sitting on the couch.

Kochava is one of my favorite new places downtown! There aren't too many coffee shops in the area, so it is great having another convenient local coffee shop nearby! The interior is beautifully decorated, and even more so for the holidays! I absolutely love that they support local, first-generation owned businesses to supply most of the food items available. The waffles and breakfast sandwiches are made in-house! The coffee is delicious, and I really enjoyed getting the cold brew black because the taste of the coffee is great. This would be a great location to telework from, as it is bright, comfortable, and has great coffee to keep you going all day! The eggnog latte is delicious, and I can't recommend it enough. Everyone here is also extremely friendly! If living nearby or just passing through this part of downtown, stopping at Kochava is a must!

A wonderful and comfortable cafe to start your day at. Located in the renovated Historic Redfield Building built in 1920. Typical Java choices and waffles made to order. No sandwiches at 7 am unfortunately. A nice chat with the owner

What a wonderful spot. Great coffee and service. I tried a coffee flight which had their house blend, Mocha Latte, Oatmeal Latte, and Eggnog Latte. Didn't get to try the cider. All local suppliers including their breakfast sandwiches. They make their own waffles right there. You can rent meeting space upstairs if you have a group event. Used to be a Buick dealership as far back as the 1920's. Still have the original floor tiles and a bunch else.

My daughter and I went here a little over a month ago to grab some java before heading to the Children's Museum. The barista was solo and she was really nice and accommodating and let us take our time since we've never been there before. I had one of their seasonal iced coffees and my daughter had something similar and both were really good. They also had a really old car at the opposite side of the first floor, which was fun to see. I liked this place and will be going back soon!
