The food is great! Portions have gotten smaller in the last few years, but that happens. There are two main issues. The 1st is the service Everything previously said is still true. They can be rude and seem like they are annoyed most of the time. The 2nd issue is the sausage and gravy kolache; it's like the McDonald's cream machine. They are always out, and the next batch is anywhere from 20 minute to an hour away. How do you run out of the most popular flavor and hour after you open with literally none on the way?

The food is always amazing every time, but it’s the service that leaves me unsettled sometimes. Every time I order I feel like I’m annoying the employee and I sometimes get snarky remarks like well I don’t even think we have that many. I was the first customer today and the woman who helped instantly made me want to pull off. I asked for 6 sausage and gravy, one popper and three ranchero and I get to the window to only be rang up for all but 4 sausage and gravy and upon correcting my order the woman proceeds to respond with well I don’t even have that many which I’m a little confused beings I’m the first customer and you only have two sausage and gravy to start the day. Food is amazing, but don’t like the feeling I received from my most recent visit.

I tried this place looking for a different breakfast idea. The fruit jams are delicious. Amazing prices!! I personally didn't like the breakfast sausage egg and cheese texture but I loved the pillowy soft dough! I will be back again to try the chicken and pizza. I will say I would buy the sausage egg and cheese again for my pup. She loved it!! The lady at the window was friendly with confidence. I asked if I pronounced Kolache correctly and she said yes :). Thank you for sharing this culture food. Also will say the presentation is nice. Nice takeout box and napkins. It's the little things. ? Isn't just food thrown in a sack. It's nice.
Parking: No problem parking. Also a drive through. Right off the interstate located on the corner. Very easily accessible
What can I say about the Kolache Factory?? It was my home away from home for more than a year. I'm a former employee there and my experience was mostly excellent. The food and atmosphere is great. The employees are very knowledgeable and care about what they do. The owner is top notch and is very well respected. Though my tenure there didn't end on great terms, I must say that everything about the Kolache Factory is top quality ? Thank you for all of the positive memories and I will forever be grateful for the opportunity that was given to me... Keep up the great work.....NEVER CHANGE
