Food does taste good.... whenever someone is ther working! The crab legs are too small for the price though. They need to give an extra cluster of crab legs or two to offset the difference, be open regularly, and offer more choices.

Being from a place where the seafood is mainly the best thing in the city , I was very disappointed. Did not like any of it. Wish it was better. Traveled 2 hours to come eat here and I must say I WOULDNT DO IT EVER AGAIN!!

The food was good. Very flavorful and not salty. The crab legs were very small though. I enjoyed my food but don't think we'll go back. Since at an angle, you can see the kitchen, it seems kind of dirty. On the way to the restroom, the hallway is very dirty. The backroom which is part of the kitchen was very unorganized and dirty. The tables in the restaurant don't seem to be cleaned. I had to take out my sanitizer to clean it with my napkin. Maybe I'll take some of the fried shrimp to go. It was good.

Me and 2 friends came in the store it was 430 had everything ordered by 440 one of our plates didn't come out for over an hour at the time of this review we still have yet to recive said order there was no ambience no music was being played and the furniture falling apart and uncomfortable cook was screaming and the person upfront was rude the store was full and only 2 people were eating. And above all else the food was mediocre

Went there today. Good food, horrible customer service, no music playing so you can’t even talk in the store without whispering, food took over an hour, the furniture is falling apart and uncomfortable, the customer service was so rude I felt like they wanted me to leave. Not to mention the cook was screaming at customers because he messed up. Overall horrible experience the food was good but the other factors made me never want to return, and I won’t be returning.

I went 1 time with my best friend. Seems a bit overpriced for what you get. Customer service was good but our crab legs and shrimp were so damn salty. Tasted like they drenched everything in Lawrys. It's hard to enjoy a meal when it's too salty (and trust me, I love seasonings but not overkill).

Food was great. Tried to order online tonight, website won't work and no one will answer the phone! Hours of operation say they are open but there is no way to order carryout!

Went here once and loved it. Unfortunately seems like they do not want to make money as there's always a reason to turn customers away. Three visits over a month. First time they closed nearly 45 minutes early. Second time, cash only. Third time, closed on Valentine's day. Wouldn't you think you'd make a lot of money on Valentine's day? Sadly will be looking for an alternative.

Pick up order was 45 mins late. How are you late on a pick up order when it’s place ahead of time? Bad business, I’ll be going to Yummy Crab from now on.
