I ordered a pizza and waited 20 mins and it still wasn’t ready however, I saw people that ordered after me getting their pizza. I went back to the counter to ask when my pizza would be ready they told me it had not been put in yet. I told the cashier Natalie that I just saw a person get the same pizza I ordered after me. Natalie responded “Oh, I didn’t know she ordered after you…” honestly this should not matter considering the orders should be made the way they are placed. In addition, I waited 20 mins and my pizza wasn’t started and they were NOT busy! It makes no sense! Almost missed my flight and my child and I have to fly hungry due to this negligence.

OMA airport is a food desert! Nothing is available in the late afternoon in the food court before security on the south side. Kracky McGee's is the only option past security and they know they can over charge for basic, bland food. We purchased two premade turkey and swiss sandwiches on standard wheat bread for $11/each! No toppings. There was regular mayo and mustard in plastic packets but that was it. I can't complain about the service but the young lady at the register didn't have to do any thing but charge our card since we grabbed our own sandwiches. We travel a lot and know that airport food cost more but this was over the top. I realize that the airport looks to be under some major renovation that looks like it will continue for awhile. If you have an upcoming flight and need a meal or snack, good luck! Maybe the options are better on the north side of the terminal.

Staff closed bar 2 hours early. Told me the I was wrong about the hours even though I’ve been here before and it was open past 6:30PM. With a flight hours delayed, I was disappointed to say the least.

The burger was excellent. And the fries super hot and crispy. Additionally, it was only about $17 total for burger, fries, and soda. It took a bit of time, however, because of construction at Eppley, they are the only place to get a bite on the A side of the terminal after you go through security. Marie was the cashier and was super pleasant and didn’t get frazzled even though there were a lot of orders. I dinged them a star in atmosphere…because…well…it’s in an airport, there is construction, so they have items stored in odd places. Overall, I recommend arriving early and grabbing a bite.

Food was average (garlic boneless chicken wings). Drinks were airport priced. The service was exceptional. I didn't catch bartenders name but she rocked. Full bar with surrounding tables and she never stopped! Nice job.

Got the Nebraska Nachos with Steak. Generous portions for $12...especially at an airport. Flavor was great. Steak wasn't the most amazing steak, but it was good enough and the queso, real cheese, and all other toppings were fantastic and there were tons of them. I still can't believe the amount of good food I got for $12...at an airport! P.S. This place likely makes their money on over-priced drinks! Most of their food is really fairly priced.
