Clearly, Kracky McGee's was not built to quickly service the number of patrons seeking food when the gate areas are busy. We waited a long time for food to be prepared, and it was mediocre at best. The pork in my pulled-pork sliders was so overcooked, it was mush. The soda machine area had received several spills, making the floor a sticky mess: not what you want when waiting to get in a plane. The table seating area was left unmonitored with non-diners using the tables for laptops and hand-held usage. We had to sit in the passabger waiting area, trying to balance Styrofoam food containers on our laps along with managing or drinks with travelers moving all around us. There was no dining tables set aside for disabled persons needing a stable eating surface. For the price and the hassle, it's best you get food elsewhere.Wheelchair accessibility: This place is NOT wheelchair friendly.

Coffee is terrible. Yogurt parfait does not include fruit but priced like it does. Employee was pleasant. Not enough room to get around people let alone with suitcases. Sad it’s the only option past security.

Atrocious bartender, could only take 1 order per 3 minutes, forced every customer to cash out after every round, counted her change tips while ignoring several customers waiting. Really obsessed with leaving with every penny, when she could have made more actually pouring for more people. Don't worry, this review will do you no favors, as it's the only bar in terminal & you'll just eat $h!t and wait.

The problem that I had is the menu has a 32oz solf drink and I was charged for a 32oz drink but the cup is more like a 20oz cup. Bait and Switch. They charged me 32oz. They told me that the smaller cup was the largest that had.

Worst customer service! I'm pretty surprised, usually Midwest folks are normally welcoming. The server was too busy talking about her life and being on her phone. The manager claiming they are short staffed when they barely have any customers. Then just plain rude by saying we have salads. If I wanted a salad I would have ordered that. She sent the server on break, which the server failed to mentioned about the order prior to leaving.

Don't let their website fool you. They do not serve anything on that menu. Just a bunch of basic airport sandwiches and salads. Unfortunately it is the only food option past security, so you are screwed if you pass up the before security options.The bar however seems well stocked

It's an airport restaurant, so expectations should be as such. Overall the food is good, fairly quick and clean . The Nebraska nachos were good. Lots of steak and plenty for the money. Chicken strips and fries were, well...as basic as you can get. Will try something different next time for some more flavor. Only 3 strips were in the meal, so not very filling for the price.
