I placed an Uber Eats order for the solar eclipse donuts the night before the eclipse. My order arrived that night and it was someone else's order (no eclipse donuts). I called the store and they suggested I pick them up, which I could not do. The manager then said if I could pick my order up in the morning, he would refund my order and wrap up my donuts, label them, and have them waiting for me in the morning. When I arrived with hungry, excited children in tow, this location informed me they had thrown away all orders from the night before and they were already out of the eclipse donuts that morning. Additionally, the manager had not refunded my order and I had to contact Uber Eats myself. When I asked the location for two free donuts for my disappointed children, the manager gave me two plain glazed reluctantly and made me feel like a Karen for asking. Between the Uber Eats mixup, the manager's unfulfilled promises, and my treatment this morning, I could not recommend this location and will not visit it again.

Some donuts were definitely not fresh the cake batter and and the creme filled chocolate glazed donuts seemed like they were a day old definitely not what I expect when I go to a Krispy Kreme. The staff weren't trying very hard the girl taking our order had to be told things multiple times then said ok to our coffee order then didn't even care and started to take someone else's order until we told the person at the register we also ordered coffee and then she had to tell the girl to make it. I'll probably be trying a different location next time.

Parking lot a disaster with the line for the drive thru snaking thru regular parking stalls, box truck blocking half the entrance to the parking lot, truck blocking exit to the drive thru. Terrible service, the employees spend their time playing and joking around they don't pay attention to you, they treat you badly, they never have donuts, they serve you with a bad mood, my mom has been on different occasions and the treatment remains the same, horrible, this is the last time we go to this place.

No to be cliché, but there was a hair on my donut. A short, dark hair that did not belong to me. Looking around, none of the employees were wearing hair nets. I also understand that it was very cold today, but all of my donuts were cold to the point of being slightly hard. Not room temperature, legitimately cold to the touch. They also tasted slightly off and foul to me, but I don’t know if that was just due to them being cold. We showed the donut with the hair to the staff and asked for a refund and were told that we could not get a refund, but that they could give us more donuts or coupons for next time. Very disappointing.
