Me and my family live up the street from this Krispy Kreme and when we see the hot light on we usually come in for a donut. It’s not often because usually we miss it but when we went in to get a donut the lady handed us our donuts, didn’t even ask if we wanted to order anything and then proceeded to complain that “we come in everyday”. We definitely do not come in everyday and if we did it shouldn’t matter. Your job is to literally sell donuts..why are you mad that people are buying donuts…?
The person at the window was slow. Finally he got my order to me.

I have never had any problems before but today when I went to pick up my order that I did online I did not receive the donuts that I ordered because they didnt do it till I got there to pick it up and they were out of 7 of my specialty donuts. Very unhappy.

I live in Norfolk Nebraska I was getting fuel when I heard a commercial about the Oreo donut at Krispy Kreme and I drove on in to Omaha and got me one of them Oreo donuts to eat right there and a dozen fresh and hot to go. When I first got there I was told they were sold out but the fine young lady was able to find me one after she heard I made that trip to Omaha just for that donut and service with a smile and she mentioned I should get a coffee to go with it so I did just that then yesterday after church I drove back to Omaha for more donuts I waited in line a while before being waited on but got another hot free donut and six custard and the line was worth the flavor. We will be back my wife said best custard she ever had.
