I mobile ordered multiple specialty donuts, when I arrived they weren’t available. They offered no real solution besides take the loss for .50 upchsrge on 6 donuts or they offered a refund. Manager TINA O snuck off to the office for over 15 minutes “processing my refund” during that time no employee looked my way offered assistance or anything. The problem starts with management but the entire crew doesn’t care at all. Will not be returning.

I am not one to usually make a review but my service today was horrific. I went through the drive through and ordered three donuts. One a speciality donut so it was an upcharge. They gave me two glazed donuts. That’s all. I didn’t realize until I got home so I drove back with the receipt and they didn’t even acknowledge me for 10 minutes. Just stared at me. When one finally gave their attention they let me know they were out of the speciality donut and that was probably why they switched out all my donuts with glazed. What…? I understand if they were out but you didn’t even tell me? And I got 2 instead of three, and I didn’t even order glazed at all. They didn’t even say sorry, customer service was non existent. It could’ve been just the staff this morning but I will never go to this location again and urge you to do the same. Absolutely terrible experience.

I've always had a really good experience with this place I don't come here often but when I do it's a very nice group of people came in one time in my dress uniform they ended up giving me an extra dozen which I ended up stopping by the local fire department and dropping it off for them. Max the manager seems like a very positive guy.

Their doughnuts r the freaking best¡!¡!¡! Actually it was the company I was with. He enhanced the Whole Krispy Kreme Experience¡!¡!¡!¡! The whole experience was so sweet my dentures had a toothache lol.
Justin and Sam helped me this evening and both men were very kind and patient. They even informed me of an offer I could take advantage of, which I loved!! Thanks guys for you help today:)

Got mystery donuts. Very good. Many children ate them. Each child liked them except one child didn't luke razzledazzleberryfilleddonut. I loved razzledazzleberryfilleddonut. If there was a human who I want to be like it would be the man who served us our donuts. He was a chill guy.

Normally I have a great experience but today I came in with my company branded donut boxes to treat a clients team to your amazing donuts and was told by a lady they can’t put the donuts in my boxes due to branding. Now this has never been an issue before and the other staff had no issue loading the donuts in my boxes but she did not let them. I found it wasteful because I ended up going to a table and transporting the donuts to my boxes and I bring them in a branded bag by you guys. Needless to say it just caused some negativity to my morning and now I’m running late, oh and your trash is full now with my two unused boxes, sorry to be wasteful.

I placed a mobile order at 7 a.m. for pickup at 10:45. When I arrived, they said they were out of the kreme filled chocolate donuts even though I had already paid for them. I don't live near a Krispy Kreme and have desired one of the cream filled donuts for years, but every time I have tried to get one they are out. I would assume at a hot and ready location, they would make one for you. I have had nothing but grief and rudeness at Krispy Kreme!!!!! !!Hot and Done!!
