I have never had any problems before but today when I went to pick up my order that I did online I did not receive the donuts that I ordered because they didnt do it till I got there to pick it up and they were out of 7 of my specialty donuts. Very unhappy.
I live in Norfolk Nebraska I was getting fuel when I heard a commercial about the Oreo donut at Krispy Kreme and I drove on in to Omaha and got me one of them Oreo donuts to eat right there and a dozen fresh and hot to go. When I first got there I was told they were sold out but the fine young lady was able to find me one after she heard I made that trip to Omaha just for that donut and service with a smile and she mentioned I should get a coffee to go with it so I did just...
I love Krispy Kreme, I always like to see the doughnuts being made and I think it is very cool that they implemented it. I usually get plain glazed, but my favorite is the birthday cake batter donut.
