We ordered the samosa chaat and papri chaat, and both were really lacking in flavor. They were mostly just chana and onions, and the samosa chaat only had one tiny samosa in the whole dish. Would not recommend.

Not a good place, taste is no longer good from the day they changed their to-go boxes. I think they are trying to cut down cost and when restaurants do that taste will go down too. Knowingly or unknowingly. Mindset changed so does the taste. Biryani is tasty as good as it used to be like a month ago. Special mention gongura items š. They can come back from this just needs special attention in the kitchen from the owners.

Thereās no live agent to take phone orders, and the automated system makes it almost impossible to place an order correctly. When you go in person, thereās no proper customer service either. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

The dosa at Desi Bites is exceptionally delicious and the sambar is rich with spice. Also the samosas are spiced perfectly and served with both tamarind and mint dips...generous portion of 4 too. I love all the gongura dishes too. just, in brief, an exceptional bite of India.

This restaurant can make delicious food, but not if you're white. I've been coming here for a few years. Every time an Indian friend ordered our food would be great When I ordered, the food would be burnt, old, and just inedible. I started ordering under my Indian nephew's name for the past year and my food has always been great. Take that for what you will. Daughter ordered under her own name tonight and this is the pathetic dosa we got.
If there were an option to give negative stars, I would choose that.
This evening I placed an order and the app showed it as ready for pickup. When I arrived, a lady at the counter spoke to me very rudely, saying I had ājust orderedā and that it would take one hour to prepare. She even told me in a harsh tone that if I wanted to cancel, I could go ahead.
After waiting an hour, when my order was finally ready, she pointed it out to another person with absolutely no politeness or courtesy. Her attitude was extremely rude, egoistic, and completely lacking in customer service skills.
With this kind of behavior by this LADY, itās hard to see how Desi Bites will sustain its business in the long run.

Fish kadhai was sooooooo amazing if you enjoy fish in curry. If youāre going for fish here skip the pulusu and stick with kadhai (if you want sauce) or apollo (kabob style).

The chutneys for Dosa were bad - nowhere close to the Authentic Andhra peanut chutney taste. The Dosa itself was good though.
The Sev Puri had Authentic Chaat taste.

Food is not fresh. panner appetizer was like 2-3 days old very cold I can taste the batter not fully cooked and its rice was very spicy. But they have very good Irani chai. Biscuits were good when they used served warmer but now they are stacked outside.
