i have heard of Lady T and I finally got to try her desserts today and they blew my mind. I got the sweet potato cake and a candy bar cake which were both so soft and fluffy while still being moist. the sweet potato cake is one of the best cakes I’ve ever tasted and im a baker! Lady T is unbelievably sweet and such a great baker

I purchased the sweet potato cake with cream cheese pecan icing, and omg! It was phenomenal! I'm a decent home baker so I rarely purchase baked goods out but this cake looked beautiful and I had to try it. It was moist, not too sweet, and the balance of the creamy tart icing and pecans were off the chart delicious. I really hope this small company prospers and they have my business. This was an exceptional piece of cake! Heavenly!

Swung by none other than Ms Lady T's Gourmet Creations, LLC (Fridays at 1p inside Wayne's New Skoo BBQ 48th/Center St) and cleaned up! That BUTTERCREAM... was perfect... perfectly flavored in a sweet, ripe STRAWBERRY sort of way that only real strawberries taste like. That melt in your mouth buttery, light, decadent topping accentuating the flavorful moist strawberry cake below, and topped with a thin slice of the berry itself. The entire bight... bliss. LEMON... with that sweet, citrusy, spongy cake - also... moist.. - below the BEST tart lemon buttercream I've honestly ever tasted; and trust me... I've had a lot of lemon. LOVE and appreciate how actual lemon is used in every element of this dessert. Its topped delicately with a twisted lemon slice that just sets them apart. The absolute perfect size not to share with anyone! Like, no one. Apple crisp cheesecake... is currently being finished as I type this... BUT FOLKS, with the tres leche drizzle, real apple pieces, over a beautifully baked cheesecake, it's been knocked way out of the park! Ooey gooie in all the right places, creamy cheesecake that easily goes down the gullet in one sitting. Butter finger cheesecake... AGAIN with the handmade, creamy cheesecake that just melts. Covered with bits of butterfinger, a dollop of buttercream around the edge, and an oh-so crunchy base. It was SO good! What we didn't pick up, but are SO going to next time, is their fresh fruit with cream, brownies, cookies, and y'all know... CUPCAKES. We had the pleasure of meeting Latasha (owner) and Chef Hearn (pastry chef) personally, sitting down to talk with them in between a FedEx driver getting a oh-so-rich brownie, someone else smashing a Strawberry cheesecake of sorts in the corner, another gal raving on a live stream how AMAZING her dessert was, and ALL OF US knowing we'll definitely be back for more.

Purchased a variety box of cupcakes and a strawberry crunch cheesecake...y'all...every cupcake and the piece of cheesecake were worth every penny. Flavors were exactly as described without being dominated by sweetness, and the texture of the cupcakes held up over the couple days without going dry.The cheesecake was gone in a matter of seconds. It was just *chefs kiss*And the people here are just a delight to talk to. I'll definitely be getting more within the week.
