Coldest weekend of the year, I have two small children that want donuts... great, la mars has a drive-thru. Or so we thought. Due to the cold weather, they don't want to have the drive thru window opening repeatedly. So instead of providing convenience for their customers, they want me to unpack two small children and walk through a 0 degree parking lot for over priced donuts. It only makes sense that they want their front door opening repeatedly from walk-ins... La Mars sucks, the donuts aren't good, I could get a steak dinner for the price of a dozen. Go to sunrise donuts a block away and save your money.

I do not recommend this place, the donuts are over priced and not good, they are dry. I paid over 9 dollars for two bar donuts that I ended up throwing away about 3/4 s of each donuts. I will not return, you can get better donuts at Casey's or even QT. This was at about 9am on a Wednesday, the selection was not good. I will not be back.

I called about 2 weeks ago to place an order for a big donut. As the Dr. I work for likes donuts better then cake. This was for his 50th birthday. So when I called I wanted chocolate frosting and yellow sprinkles. I arrived to pick up the order as I told them id be there on January 21st at 5:30. When I arrived the kid didnt acknowledge me for like 10 minutes. Then when he did I said I have an order to pick up for a giant donut at 5:30 with yellow sprinkles. He couldn't find it and then he ended up finding a big donut but with red white and blue sprinkles. Then he couldn't find a box to put it in and wanted to cut it in half. I said no as I ordered it this way. Then as I drop the donut off for the party the frosting is chipping away and the donut is cracking like its been there for a few days. I order these very often and this was the worst experience.

Hadn't been to LaMars in a while and the donut quality has slipped and prices way too expensive. I had an apple fritter that had no apples and the coffee was bitter. Won't be back.

Yummy donuts and fast service. I would definitely go there earlier in the morning because they do sell out pretty fast. I will say that last time I went here, they were limited on what drinks they could make because a machine was broken. They sell dog bones at checkout that my dog loves. I would definitely recommend the original glazed donut and the double chocolate raised donut.

The donuts here are yummy but some are much sweeter than others. The coffee is also good.

The donuts here are incredible. Make sure you go early cause they will sell out! I recommend the cinnamon roll or the bear claw.

Lamar’s for the win! No matter the time of day, if I’m in the area, I’m stopping. The customer service, vibe & most important - the employees are always warm, kind & consistently great!

This Lamar’s is a constant disappointment. Unless you are there by 6AM they never have any donuts in stock and they do not restock even though they are open until 8PM. Their constant excuse is they only have 1 baker and 1 decorator. They never clean or pickup in the lobby/dining area it is always messy and tables sticky. To top it all off they insult you with their bad donut selection by charging almost $6 for a specialty and $4 for a normal donut that is worth only about half that at best. Skip this place it is not worth it.

Used to be good. Stopped for Boston cream / Bismarck today. They used to be great big like a donut pot roast. Full of custard, fluffy. No longer. Dry not very much custard inside. Worst $5 donut I've had in a long long time. Time to find a new place.

Doughnuts were really good and the service was good. The price is the only downfall.
