My 1st time was in July. My 2nd was last night. The food was exceptional both times. There was an issue last night but our waiter and the manager were wonderful. We will be back!!!

Good solid place, good decor, fast service and we had a big group too. Can't complain about pricing either!

Normally a great experience but something was very wrong tonight (9/27/2024) The creamy garlic dressing, normally our favorite part was AWFUL. Missing its normal flavor and just kinda bad. My rib eye was way over cooked, and my daughter’s Ruben was DRY. Hopefully it was just an off night.

Update we went back tonight (11/4/2024) and everything was back to normal. The food was great and cooked well. They must have just had a really off night a month ago. (Still wish they would bring back the beer bread).

1 bartender is good, and another is not so attentive.
Ribs are really good. Lavosh, the crust falls apart, making it hard to eat.
Run ing out of Michalob Ultra is a crime.

Excellent food, excellent service. The voodoo chicken lavosh is excellent.

Tonight they accidentally gave us the wrong order and the Manager, Parker, took care of the issue immediately and went above and beyond in resolving it. 5 stars, Lazlo’s is great!

Food is pretty great. I don’t think I’ve ever had something I didn’t enjoy. Chips and salsa are amazing! Fries are also always super crispy and good!

I had the Pork Ribeye ?...it was cooked to perfection and delicious from the first bite to the last...incredible! Compared to other restaurants, their streaks and prime rib are a bit higher in price with smaller size cuts.

Service: he was nice, engaging, and made us feel welcomed. We had to sit tight for our initial interaction, not sure why ?

Atmosphere: Well lit, soft rock music from the 70's ? but had to deal with fly issues (out of their control) having a less than better experience.

The Pork Ribeye all by itself is enough to bring me back!!

Took our waiter forever to take our order. I ordered the ribeye and it was the worst steak I have ever had. No taste and tough. Wife had wings and they were just alright but nothing to write home about. Grandkids had cheese burgers and they were good. Waiter forgot to bring wife's salad until after we had started eating our food. Waiter only came to the table once after we were eating. Didn't asked if everything was good or not. We had to get a hold of him to get our tab and that took him a good 10 minutes to bring it to us. This was at 4:30 and they wasn't busy. We will not go back. PS the steak was 36 bucks and terrible.

So I went here Tuesday night for happy hour with friends and asked for the house red wine expecting it to be a reasonable price. When the bill arrived the price per glass was $19!!!! When I asked the server if this is right, his response was just, yeah I get yelled at alot by this. If these are your happy hour prices for house wine, that's not only unreasonable, it's outrageous. I would have been better off buying a bottle. The server also should have told me ahead of time the price per glass knowing people have been upset by this.

The menu was kinda Different. The Appetizer tortilla chips and homemade salsa It was thick, so that's good Personally Could be a little bit jalapeños. I had prime rib enchiladas omg its so delicious and my husband bbq bacon burger it was good lots of flavor with the French fries too.

Vegetarian options: I think burgers 3 with left was veg. Burgers.

It's pretty unfortunate when a really good restaurant starts to lack on food quality and portions for what they charge. This restaurant used be one of the best to visit, but not anymore. The Lazlo burger was definitely lackluster with its dry flavorless burger patty to the soggy fries. A 6oz dry flavorless salmon filet with the worst tasting rice. Even the staff was standing around goofing off at the host counter with the manager in front of a busy lunch crowd. Very disappointed with this visit and it will definitely be our last!

Disappointed, it has been quite some time since we have been to Lazlo's as it is a drive for us. But tonight we decided to take the time and drive out there. We sat outside but seemed to be ignored for the most part. It was very slow as we arrived at 7pm on a Tuesday. But our food took so much time we wondered if it was forgotten, then when it arrived the sandwiches were warm but the mashed potatoes were on the cold side. Nothing was hot. We seemed to be forgotten about after the initial "how does everything look"? Hadn't tasted my sandwich yet only to later realize I did not receive the sauteed onions on it. We literally had to stop eating while waiting for someone to stop over so we could ask for more sauce for a dry sandwich and a refill on drinks. We could not get anyone's attention as they simply were not checking on the patio patrons.
It is unfortunate but we won't be back, service and food were subpar.
