Le Bouillon has been my favorite restaurant in Omaha for years until tonight. The service we received was so astonishingly bad I will be looking elsewhere when it comes to fine dining experiences. Our server (the one with the beanie) ignored us throughout our dinner, checked on other tables, not ours, and after a 15 minute wait to clear our plates, apologized to another table and not ours. I really expect more when you are at a restaurant with the kinds of prices Le Bouillon has. Very disappointing.

I love everything about this place. Warm cozy romantic vibe. I like that food isn't rushed. This isn't fast food. Its paced so you able to soak up the environment and conversation. The food steals the show. Wagyu burger is the best I've ever had and the French onion soup is superb!

Delicious food, great service. I proposed to my wife 28 years ago here, and the new owners were able to bring us a copy of the old menu from back then. Very thoughtful of them. We loved the evening and will be back again.
The food is delicious, service is spot on and the wine selection is worldly. Highly recommend!!!
Great service again for delicious happy hour drinks. It was a frigid day out, I can understand how it's hard to heat an old building, but it was very cold in the dining room.
I photographed a January 2024 wedding at Le Bouillon! It was a romantic warm blizzard wedding. Le Bouillon was the perfect backdrop to the celebration. The food and wine were wonderful.

Delicious food, but the tasting menu wasn't a true tasting menu, misleading my choice of restaurant. No proper glassware provided for sharing portions meant for two. Wine pairing promised 5 wines but delivered only 3. Desserts were the worst I've ever had in a restaurant.

This place is an absolute gem!! From the atmosphere to the food. That said, the service was truly the star of the show. My fiancé and I chose the Chef’s Menu, with a different wine paired for each course, and our waiter, Aaron, went above and beyond. Not only did he select exceptional wines that elevated every dish, but his knowledge and explanations of how each pairing complemented the food made the experience unforgettable. I will highly recommend Le Bouillon to anyone I know visiting Omaha.

We have a tradition on Christmas Eve afternoon of wine and snacks. There were 7 of us. Spent over $200...very limited offerings. French fries really all they had. Not a warm comfortable experience.

I'm biased due to the fact that my wife and I married here. The food is very good though as are the cocktails

Waiter was awesome! Food was delicious, not overly priced at all. Will definitely be back!
Cool, hip French restaurant in a turn-of-the-century building. Great food and friendly staff.
Went during restaurant week. Great service! Good food. Will for sure be back! Living downtown it’s good to find a place with great service. Makes everything during the dining experience better!
