A great place to indulge. My husband and I stopped in Omaha for one night on our way to Colorado and we chose the perfect dinner. We were not prepared for the meal ahead of us. Our server Aaron was incredibly kind and patient as we love a slow dinner service. He took us through the wine market to pick out what we would have with dinner and guided us through the menu. Fantastic meaty oysters, tartare to die for, a snappy salad, and savory entrees. The atmosphere was incredible and we felt like we were having a meal in an art gallery. I can’t stop ranting and raving about this restaurant.

Great food and amazing wine program! I usually take my senior leadership here while they are visiting in Omaha. Super cool vibe and imaginative menu. My table all tried the crème brûlée and said it was literally they best they've ever had.
I was looking for a special place for date night with my wife. I read the good & poor reviews. The poor reviews were true for the most part. The atmosphere was very nice. Our service was very good. As for the food. Our appetizer was meat & cheese. This was probably the best part of the meal. It was a little salty but it is cured meat. The French onion soup wasn't even edible. It tasted burnt. It was sent back after two bites. My main course was the Bouillabaise wich was small in portion & salty. My wife had chicken a-la supreme. It bland & unexciting. I like sodium! So when I say salty believe me. The only thing good was the atmosphere & the service l.

We had a perfect dinner at Le Bouillon! Don't sleep on the green chartreuse spritz or the Nashville frog legs! Our bartender picked the perfect barbaresco to go with our coulotte steak fries! And the passion fruit dessert was magic!!! Can't wait to come back!
