I don't usually go as far to leave a review, but I have enjoyed coming to this location until recently. If I had to assume, there has been some type of shift here with management or internal structure which led to a bad overall experience. Hopefully it gets better

Customer service has not improved since other posts. Arrived with a small group an hour before closing. It was clear the staff were not happy more customers were coming in. A couple of us were not offered to have our bakery items warmed up and one person who did request theirs warmed up had to go back up and wait quite a while before they got it to her. The bathrooms were marked as out of order and the chairs were all put up long before closing. Sweeping was done so close to one of the people I went with that she nearly was hit in the face (I wish I was being dramatic.) Customers that arrived after us had to take chairs down in order to eat their ice cream. Not sure what happened before we got there but vibes were off

Bagettes used to be delicious -- the real thing -- but they have become just long loaves of dull, white bread. C'est dommage.

The rudest service I’ve ever experienced.

I usually buy my bread at the farmers market, but since they weren’t there this week, I made a special trip to the store.

When my husband and I walked in, one woman was making coffee drinks and another was working in the back. Neither of them greeted us, but we waited patiently for over 15 minutes—without so much as an acknowledgment. While waiting, I walked around the bakery area looking at items, and no one else came in until right as one woman was finishing up.

Despite clearly seeing me waiting the entire time, she went straight to help the customers who had just walked in instead of me. I spoke up and said, “Excuse me, I was first and have been waiting this whole time.” She looked at me and said, “Yeah, but you were over there.” I was standing directly at the register behind her—she even walked past me to help the others.

I have no idea what her issue was, but her attitude was unbelievably rude and left such a bad impression that I’m seriously reconsidering ever coming back.

They burn every cream soup and it is inedible in the store. The staff is rude and the store is always dirty and never a clean table in sight.

I want to love this place because the food is great, but every time I go in, the staff is just so cold and unfriendly. Nobody ever makes eye contact with me or greets me. It feels like I am a bother. Today I ordered a coffee drink and sandwich and the only thing that anyone said to me was, “Here’s your drink,” and “Here’s your sandwich” as they tossed it onto the counter (two different staff members). No hello, no goodbye, no thank you. I just can’t justify $15 for a breakfast sandwich and coffee when the employees can’t even pretend they care.

The atmosphere inside feels cold and unwelcoming. Like clockwork when I go in, someone cuts me off because nobody seems to understand where the line begins and where to order or pick up food. I thought these were kinks that would have worked themselves out after opening but it just isn’t the case.

I bought a loaf of bread that developed mold after two days of being on the shelf. When I took it back to the store, they told me their bread has a shelf life of 3-5 days, as if I was a baker there and should know that. They refused to give me a refund and reluctantly gave me a whopping …$1 off a new loaf.

The shop should disclose the very short shelf-life of their bread. Will not be returning to this location. (2 stars because the bread is good… while it lasts).

Excellent food. Often so busy they can miss an order detail. The sandwiches are tasty. Our favorite: the veggie and cauliflower. The bread is superb. Want to try more selections. It’s easy to call ahead of time. Ample parking.

Was told these are the best cinnamon rolls in omaha. Got 4 today and the frosting makes them inedible. Very tart off flavor

Found this gem while visiting family in Omaha. The sourdough bread is to die for - as are the croissants, and other pastries!! We will be back!

I just popped in to check the new(er) location out after grabbing a book. Ordered the Turkey Bacon Avocado with the couscous salad for my side. That sandwich was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. Strong smoky bacon but nice balance with avocado and turkey on a stellar ciabatta. Take a break from the predictable chains and eat local!
