So I had a steak and when it came out it was a room temp and I ordered it medium well and my loaded potato was the same. Then we ordered dessert and I got the chocolate cake and when it came out the cake was ok but the wipe cream was melted to like water and the ice-cream was half melted and I never got my coffee.

My mom went to this restaurant for a work event. She has severe food allergies and when the manager came out to talk with her about her allergies he said “Wow with all those allergies I would have expected you to be thinner!” This is absolutely unacceptable and beyond rude. He should be ashamed of himself for making a comment like that. It isn’t funny, it isn’t a joke. It is completely unprofessional and insensitive.

Probably one of the worst meals I have ever had. I’m going to review only mine, although there were eight of us at the table and they each had their own issues. I had the pork chops. They were small, very dry and an odd color. It was almost as if they were made ahead of time and then microwaved. The side sauce was good only because it gave some moisture to the pork. The Brussels sprouts were so full of olive oil that they were dripping in it. Not good. It was my first time at the restaurant and the place was packed. I have no idea how or why. Maybe it was all their first times there too. I wish there was a more private place to leave a review for the restaurant, but this is where their own website directed me.

First timers….just popped in for burgers and cocktails……and wow! Absolutely delicious burgers with cheese pouring down the sides……good crisp fries! Cocktails were excellent and so was the service. Would definitely recommend and we’ll be back!

Great filet for the price. The salad bar is great and a much missed feature from local steak houses. Service is good, sometimes slow on the drinks but they are friendly and the food comes out in a timely manner. Great atmosphere, it’s clean, not overcrowded and very comfortable. We have been in for multiple visits, and it is very consistent. I hope this one stays around for a good while!

My sister and I dined in your restaurant this afternoon/evening and I can’t say we had the best experience. My sister was over the moon for your appetizer, lobster cargot, which I was really looking forward to, but I found the lobster bites were rubbery and didn’t really taste like lobster. Otherwise, it was okay with lots of cheese and good bread. All we had was the appetizer and wine and I decided to take dessert home for myself and my husband. Of course, the chocolate lovers cake caught my eye, so I got that and carrot cake to go. The chocolate cake was the worst cake I have ever had in my life! It was tasteless and dry and the layers just slid off the bland frosting. It’s like whoever baked it forgot the sugar and let it sit around for a couple of days. After 3 hopeful bites I tossed it in the trash - I don’t believe I have ever thrown out a piece of cake. My husband said the carrot cake was ok, but didn’t have much flavor. Since 2 appetizers, 2 pieces of cake and a bottle of wine came to $100+, it was disappointing.
Otherwise, our server was very nice and helpful but was splitting her time between tables and tending bar, so a little slow.
As a note, an email I wrote to the restaurant regarding this matter went unanswered, so Google review it is!
Fantastic food and service here. My first time in Omaha and I’m glad we choose to eat here. I had the ribeye, lobster bisque and loaded mashed potatoes. Everything was great, and the service was outstanding. I left a pair of fairly expensive sunglasses and the owner was able to track them down and get them back to me. A testament to their service. Highly recommend.

My wife and I selected this place to celebrate our tenth wedding anniversary. Sadly, the service was profoundly disappointing. After delivering our meals, our server was conspicuously absent for the remainder of the evening. We were compelled to seek assistance from another staff member to settle the bill, as our assigned server was nowhere to be found. The staff displayed a noticeable lack of concern for our experience. While we received a card, which was a small gesture, the promised champagne toast and dessert were never offered, further compounding our confusion. I strongly advise against choosing this venue for special occasions, as the experience did not justify the considerable expense. Save your money and look elsewhere for a venue that values its patrons. Live and learn. I truly would not have cared as much if it was not our anniversary.

Had a client meeting here for 8 people. Private room was ok but not entirely private with only a curtain to close off the room. Not ideal for a private room. Service was good. Unfortunately, the AV equipment set up did not work out but thankfully my group was forgiving. I would hope next time we could figure out the AV set up as this was a big component of our meeting at this location. This was an ideal location for all parties. It's unfortunate we couldn't have the presentation we wanted. Everything else was good, however but no AV set up gives me pause for future meetings here. Food was fine.
