The condiment tray, specifically the hot sauce bottle was disculstingly dirty and the top was caked with dried hot sauce. I had the gyro and it was marginal at best. Had been there a number of years ago and it was really good but not now

Customer service was a 10. The food however .. the chicken was extremely dry and over cooked, gyro meat my husband said didn't taste like meat. He said the wrap is better. We have had Greek food many many times. Tsatziki is a Greek yogurt sauce, but it tasted like sour cream. Good salad but the meat was bad. Overall, it doesn't matter how amazing the people are if the food is lacking.

They put hot food directly on styrofoam to-go containers. I don’t like eating styrofoam. The food and service are good, just don’t order to-go if this is important.

I would highly recommend Legacy Gyro's to anyone who enjoys Greek food. Their gyros have a little more flavor than other gyros I've had in town. Not sure what spices they use, but it has an amazing flavor. Even the tomatoes are well seasoned here. I have only had ONE thing off the menu so far, so the 4 stars for food could go up in the future once I try some of the other dishes.
The atmosphere and the customer service were both top notch. The gentleman who helped me was very kind and generous, made me feel welcome there. And the baklava and other dishes they had on display looked delicious. Both the atmosphere and customer service get a 5 star rating...
I'll definitely be stopping back in at Legacy Gyro's in the future. And their score might go up if their other dishes are as delicious as their gyros... 💯

I discovered Legacy Gyros while out doing deliveries for Door Dash. Just the smell alone walking through the door makes you want to eat there! Just very fresh…and could tell some really good seasonings/spices were going on somewhere. I went back as a customer and this did not disappoint. I had the gyro/salad lunch...I should have had left overs but I did not. It is no surprise they continue to get voted “best”!

I've been driving the area of 168th and West Center for quite a few years. Today I was headed West and looked to my left (south side) and saw Gyro 👀. I made my way into Legacy Gyro.
I ordered the Gyro salad combo with a drink. The nice man working there took my order and brought it to my table. It was fresh, hot and absolutely filling
If you like Greek style food, do yourself a favor. Stop in. You'll be glad you did.
