The place was packed and we were still served in a timely manner! Everyone was super nice and the service was great! Food was excellent and the whiskey was great! Also I’m the owner of the dog that was there in Janet Ericson’s Review, he is a registered ESA and the servers sanitized their hands after petting him!
We have been there several times but today was a disaster and we won't be back. Servers were busy petting a dog that shouldn't have been there and then serving food. Waited over 20 minutes for chips and queso that we only got due to another table not receiving their order and made a comment that I wasn't impressed. So much of the time that there was nobody around to even serve. To top it off there was a server behind the the bar with a dental flood device walking...
Tonight we had an engagement party at the Aksarben location. Kylie took such good care of us. We had about 60 guests. She knew everyone’s drinks & made sure our buffet was always full! The whole team was wonderful to work with! Thank you Kylie for helping us pull off this surprise party & tell the kitchen staff they did an awesome job! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
