Not only was the service absolutely terrible the waitress was super rude even mentioned that she gets treated like crap and is over her job. 6 of us ordered food and every single order was messed up. Food was cold. Tasted like crap. My friend ordered a hamburger he’s lactose intolerant. They gave him a cheeseburger so he sent it back and they just scraped the cheese off of it and give it back to him. Said they would take the nachos off ended up charging us for them anyways. If you don’t want to waste money, eat nasty food and get treated horribly DO NOT go to this place!

The SALTIEST salad I've ever had!! The Cobb salad would otherwise have been wonderful. There's no need to shake salt onto lettuce & dressing! Partner's burger and onion rings were okay. Then the waiter took 30 minutes to get back to (me) with the check (partner had to leave 25 mins earlier to get back to meetings). We would not return. Atmosphere was fine but zero TV screens had captioning turned on.

This place was pretty cool. Stopped by for a burger and a beer. Stayed and watched the Nebraska college game. The burger was cooked to specifications, the fries were perfect. I also got a big soft pretzel which was seasoned with a garlic type salt. It was so good, warm, soft, just perfection. If you are in the area and looking for a sports bar, this is the place.

We were here from Manhattan, KS and needed a sports bar to watch the k-state team and a friend recommended this place. We came here and our server Ari was very sweet and accommodating. Next time we are in Omaha we will definitely come here and ask for Ari

Meredith is hands down one of the best servers I’ve ever had! She’s an absolute TEN! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcome and taken care of. She was so friendly, attentive, and on top of every detail without ever making us feel rushed. She gave great recommendations, checked in at just the right times, and always had a genuine smile that made the whole experience even better.
It’s clear she really cares about her guests and loves what she does. Service like that makes all the difference — Meredith truly made our Sunday Funday at Let It Fly memorable. If you get the chance to have her as your server, you’re in great hands!
Consistent poor service at the Downtown OMA Let It Fly. 8/23- our server failed to return to the table for over 40 minutes. Even after asking other staff for help, we still weren’t served. In the meantime, our food was repeatedly taken to the wrong tables, and when the server checked in, she seemed confused about what had actually been ordered despite it being clearly communicated. Overall, an inconvenient and disappointing experience. TV only has volume from one side of the restaurant. Whole first quarter of game was silent.

Meredith, the waitress tried to bargain her own tip. Food was mid, but was ruined by the rude waitress. She had the confidence of a 10 but was a 6. My group of six all tipped atleast 20% and she kept trying to get more. Weirdest thing I’ve ever seen from a waitress.

I ordered a smash burger at Let It Fly Sports Bar and was excited for that crispy, thin patty magic. Instead, I got a thick, dense brick of meat that could double as a doorstop. I work hard for my money, and it’s wild that a restaurant thinks it’s okay to lie on its menu. If you’re going to call it a “smash burger,” at least do the smashing part!

Huge space in downtown Omaha with tons of large screen TVs. Food is decent, and drinks are cold. If you are looking for a place to celebrate fun and sports, definitely worthy of a visit.
