Visited the location on 13th Street near the zoo a couple weeks ago. Kind service and delicious food. The serving sizes were huge too. We’ll definitely be back!!

Ordered door dash from here. Order of rice spilled out of the container and into the bag. Two enchiladas didn’t come with beans and rice like it said it did. Everything was cold when it arrived

I went to Lina’s and had the most amazing experience all thanks to Edgar. He made sure we had everything we needed and he had the best customer service skills I’ve ever seen. This man needs a raise asap
Honestly I wasn’t going to write a review on this place because I love their steak burritos. But this is the last time my husband and I will be going here. They have gotten our order wrong 90% of the time since we moved here. We order the same thing and come 1-2 times a week so you figure they would know us by now. Without fail my burrito (steak, egg, potato and rice) has miraculously become a sausage burrito, a shrimp burrito with lettuce in it.???, and a bean burrito without fail. They even repeat the order back to us at the intercom correctly but still manage to get it wrong. They are very rude majority of the time and I feel like a nuisance pulling up even if there is no one in a 5 mile radius. I will never understand how this place has an almost 5 star review
