I went to Lina’s and had the most amazing experience all thanks to Edgar. He made sure we had everything we needed and he had the best customer service skills I’ve ever seen. This man needs a raise asap
The bathroom always smells like sewage, and needs to be cleaned. The pickled carrots are not as good as they used to be. The hot sauce is watery and lacks flavor.
Location in North Platte is still better.
Omaha Manager needs to make some major improvements.

Soda is flat of carbonation and syrup is weak.
I don’t like steak with the gristle in it.
Place is run down and need renovation or replacement.
Employees are great and fast.
Meat on burrito is abundant, but no rice.
