I usually make my own pizza, but if I want to be a lil fancy then I typically get some little Caesar’s. Idk if it’s shrinkflation or just bad service, but our pizza came with barely any toppings. We got a classic cheese and a stuffed crust and they were both rather disappointing. Not enough sauce to even taste it, same with all the other toppings. So, if you want bread with some melted cheese and a slight hint of sauce then this is the place, but if you want a filling, abundantly topped pizza, then maybe go elsewhere.

Order frequently. Ordered two pizzas today and they were burnt. Called them and they made the biggest deal and told us it wasn't burnt. Continued to argue about it.

Little Caesars used to be great. They had about four people working 7:00 on a Monday night and not a single pizza hot and ready. Asking how long it would be for a pepperoni they told me 20 to 30 minutes. I don't know what happened to this place.

I placed an online order, when I got to the store to pick it up my name wasn’t showing on the kiosk. So I told them and they said it was already picked up. I let them know not by me, I just got there and asked for her to check video so I could get my food. They were not helpful kept saying the only way it could have been picked up was with the code that was sent and to call the 1-800 # to get a refund. Clearly some mishap happened, I just wanted my food that I paid for..I will definitely never do an online order there again.

We ordered a pretzel crust pizza, and when we got home we realized it was the wrong thing. We called the store and the lady who picked up (a manager) the phone was incredibly rude and would NOT help us make it right. When we reminded her we did an online order, she completely changed her attitude and hung up rather quickly. When picking up the pizza, the guy at the counter was super helpful and kind but the service over the phone was just not good. The other pizza we ordered was fine, but highly disappointed in manager who answered and spoke with us.

I'm not sure if they cut our pizza out of spite or if it was someone's first time ever slicing a pizza.. but both of our pizzas were cut like this lol... please do better (I posted a picture under photos since I can't do it here, the slices were comical at best)

This girl at the counter tonight had funnies! I walked in and asked what they had ready and she listed off like 7 different things then politely she asked what can i get you? Wow, what do I want? To which she replied I know so much to choose from ? I guess you had to be there for the tone. Anyhow thanks for the great pizza.
