Pizza was undercooked and falling apart. When I went back to ask for a refund he proceeded to tell me that’s just how their pizza was made, as if I’ve never ate Little Caesar pizza before.

Pizza was pretty good and fresh but floppy, wasn't expecting much with how cheap the prices are though. Tried to thank the counter person as I grabbed my pizza and just gave a blank stare and said nothing.

Went in to the store about noon-ish. It was clean and only one other person waiting. When I went to order, I was informed they had only 1 pizza in the "hot and ready" warmer ovens and some crazy breads and small items. Lunch time and only 1 pizza ready? I gave the young guy a little ribbing about it. He was a good sport and took an order for another pizza to go.
It was OK. But I really do suggest they do better at lunch time than to only have one pizza ready to go.

What’s the point of getting gift cards if you can’t even use them at the store? None of the employees knew how to work the gift cards I had, which is the whole reason I came to this sub par pizza place. Not the customers fault the card reader doesn’t want to scan the cards! And the cashier was beyond rude

Your pizza is ok, your service is horrible. I Called to let you know that we didnt get our full order that I paid for! 1st employee to answer the phone doesn’t speak English, she passed it off to another person. The 2nd person acted like she was gonna help and then hung up the phone. Called back again to tell them I’d come get the other 1/2 of our order and they declined our call. This store just lost our weekly pizza order.
I’ll drive across town before I go back.

To think you would need to cross the Atlantic Ocean to go to Italy to get an authentic pie… oh how the times have changed. This little Caesars location is the pinnacle of pie. Within ordering through their easily accessible app my pizza was ready within 15 minutes, made hot and fresh. The two girls working helped me navigate their futuristic pizza machine that holds your pizza hot, and out of the reach of others. Not to mention their professionalism and customer service being through the roof. If you’re not getting your pizza from this Little Caesars location, you may need to rethink a few things.

Parking: A small amount of parking for the rush hours
We tried to order pizza through the app at 9:15pm and it wouldn’t process the order. Since we were nearby we stopped in to see if it was a glitch or what happened. It turns out the employees didn’t want to make any more food and the entire store was completely clean for the night. I suggested they change their closing time from 10pm to 9pm since that’s when they stop working. Oh well I guess ??♀️
