This bread is not the same as all other locations. The bread was hard, skinny, and neat. If you have had little king you know the bread is soft, wide/large, and kinda sloppy but it is yummy. I always order the same thing and this bread was not good, everything kept falling apart because it was so narrow. So firm and even had a taste that slightly threw it off I didn’t even finish my sandwich.

Lobby was closed before closing time I know it's kind of annoying to show up 15 minutes before they closed employees looked at me and shut the lights off even with open signs still on very disappointed

I ordered what appeared to be a 12$ sandwich. The bill came out to he 16.50$. They said because I added provolone cheese lol. A 40% price difference in the sandwich. Im sorry but this is unacceptable. I could go to Jimmy John's and ordered 3 times the sandwich. I could have gotten literally 2 fuller sandwiches for the price of one here. Friendly staff but at the time of realizing the price change as its stated absolutely no where on the menu it became obviously annoying.

last two times i’ve been here has been a joke. completely messed up my order once, and completely failed to come to the counter on the second occasion. if you’re going to open a new location in a new development, maybe make sure you have the employee infrastructure to pull it off. i love little king but this new location has completely ruined their image and im done with them.

It never fails. Every time I go through the drive thru I get the wrong order. $12 for a sandwich that was not mine. Which means that the guy behind me and so on is probably getting the wrong sandwich too. Countless times! So frustrating. Done with this location. Will make trip to any other location so that I can get what I actually order.

Google and store door says open till 9. Saw workers inside at 8 pm as I was sitting in the drive through to order but they refused to acknowledge me in any way or take order at drive through, even though OPEN sign was still flashing. Ridiculous.
I pull up now HOPING you’ve “updated your hours or updated your employees.” But, yet again, your hours say open and the store is closed. To the GM & franchise investor - take some pride in the goddamn job you’ve signed up for.
