We eat at Lola's regularly and are always pleased. We had reservations before The Empire Strikes Back. My wife had the octopus and black rice, a special for the evening. The octopus was expertly prepared, tender and delicious. The black rice was very flavorful. My Spanish tortilla dish was very good, and the crushed fresh tomato on house sourdough bread was delightful. The house sourdough and butter served before the meal is always a treat. Our server was fun and attentive. The ingredients are always fresh, and the dishes are all delicious and high quality.

This place is always a favorite when meeting with clients and friends, with its peaceful yet cheer filled atmosphere and its healthy, creative menu it is a must try for all. The Toastie with ooey gooie eggs and the most delicious bread is a must for breakfast. Also make sure to try whatever seasonal pastries they have… they are all so delicious. 🩷 And don’t forget the coffee. Their black coffee is just perfect but friends and clients have said their other coffee selections are amazing as well. Love this place so much, the service, food and atmosphere consistency can always be counted on.

The waitstaff was nice but service was unacceptable. We waited 52 minutes to get anything to drink besides a carafe of tap water that wasn't refilled. Our drink order was 1 black coffee, 3 lattes, 1 chai tea & 1 beer. Not sure why that took 52 minutes. When the food came out most of it was lukewarm. 3 of the 6 plates were scrambled eggs which were on ice cold. We mentioned this to the waitress & hostess who said the manager & owner were onsite and they'd make it right. No one did anything. We thought they'd bring out fresh hot eggs but didn't. Not only did my friend get inedible cold eggs, she got charged for extra potatoes which is the only thing she ate.

We came for my girlfriend's birthday and got a free piece of chocolate cake. So I will first say, if you come for nothing else, COME FOR THE CHOCOLATE CAKE. I could eat a whole one. Service was amazing, every interaction we had was lovely. I do think the vibe is better suited for casual breakfast and brunch vs dinner but we still very much enjoyed our time there. It was quiet and comfortable. Food overall was solid, especially the steak and the green bean dish.
Stopped in for brunch and ordered the toast (organic eggs, prosciutto, parma ham) and the brioche french toast - both were rich and fresh. Also loved the scones =) The place is clean and cozy, with a casual crowd and natural light from the tall windows. The staff was friendly - not too chatty, just welcoming.

We are in Omaha from out of town for a wedding and staying close by. Saw lots of good recommendations online so we stopped in for breakfast. Let’s start with the good. The space is great. The coffee as well. Sourdough bread too. Now for the hard part. A lot of the cooked items (eggs, potatoes, and verde sauce were over-salted). We eat out a lot of many different cuisines and it was more salt than anyone would likely want on a meal. We spoke to the server and manager to alert and they apologized but did nothing to remedy the situation (did not discount the meal, offer a complimentary something, etc). We did not make a big deal out of it as we are not that type of people but it was definitely disappointing.

I got a carrot sandwich for $11. It consisted of hard super chewy bread, some hummus, a couple of spinach leaves, and 2 carrot sticks. It tasted fine, but I was very disappointed in how little food there was in my sandwich and how bad the bread was, which I think they make in house. The kettle chips that came with the sandwich also tasted a bit stale.
The building itself is very cute and clean but the price for the food is absolutely not worth it.
