Cute bistro that is situated in Film Streams. They had a great rotating menu selection, amazing bread, and some of the pillowist brioche I've ever had. Who'd of though putting that with a smoked trout toast with red onion jam, delicious!

Kale salad was so fresh and delicious.
I tried a non-alcoholic beverage called a Mockito with fresh tasting cranberry juice and real mint leaves. Wow. And I highly recommend the tasty vegan appetizers.

To preface, we live in Omaha and we had friends visiting. We’ve had a good experience at Lola’s prior, so I recommended we go with our friends. Our waitress clocked out and I’m not sure she put our ticket in before she left. Nobody checked on us or asked if we needed refills. Watched others get their food even though they came after us. We politely asked where our food was and was snappily told “there’s a lot going on” as the waitress walked away. Eventually we asked for our food to go and got it ~45 minutes after ordering. Our friends felt as if they were disliked at the restaurant and did something wrong to make the waitress not like them. It was embarrassing because we recommended Lola’s out of plenty lovely Omaha brunch places.

Frighteningly horrible experience. Hour and a half to get French toast. Nobody came by the table. Nobody cared to ask if they could get us anything. When food came out had to ask for syrup and butter and apparently that is an inconvenience. Had better experiences at scooters. Skip this place. Many better options close by.

We went for Father's Day brunch and it was lovely. I would suggest double checking your reservation to make sure you arent sitting outside bc they dont have many shaded areas. Great food, love the place

Communication is key. 3 items our table wanted from the limited menu were not available. Changes to our others were made without approval. Would not return. Food wasn't horrible but the combining it with service did not make for a good visit

I’ve been to Lola’s many times and it’s definitely one of my favorite places in Omaha. The food is great across the board and I love how simple yet delicious it all is. I recommend The Speck sandwich or the Eggs and Toast on Saturdays.

Great food and service. We love the roasted chicken and the starters. Also, the chocolate cake is a must try.

Lola's is great. The bread. I don't know where they get the bread. Maybe they make it. Maybe aliens. I don't know, but I love it.

Get a sandwich.

Get whatever you want.

Be free to choose.

But the sandwiches are great.

Super good. Most of the chics here are bra-less too. Breakfest Toastie is phenom.
Yum is my mantra.

Not the best experience but still 5 stars, here is why. I failed to see the counter when I got in, and I ended up sitting just beside the counter at the bar, when I asked the lady at the counter (almost in front of me) told me during weekdays service was at the counter (just 2 feet from where I was). I stand up, walk 4 steps and stand in front of the counter and made my order. It was so close everything that she could take my order from there but instead she choose to accommodate herself instead of accommodate the client (me). In general service was not friendly and they clearly didn’t go out of their way for me, but why still 5 stars?

Bread was normal, I expected it to be more crunchy, but it was not, a little chewy, but great flavour, but why 5 stars? The egg, was cooked perfect! This 5 stars are not for the service or the experience in general, but to that person who cooked that egg to perfection, with love and care, despite all the rest, whoever made that egg made my day way better than it was. I’ll definitely come back. Thank you

We liked the ambiance, and the patio was peaceful except for the very loud music, didn't fit the atmosphere. The portions are small, food tasted good but we were disappointed in the small amounts, were in a cafe not a fine dining. Waiters were very attentive and courteous!

We like the menu.. go on the way to adjacent movie theater and also on way to nearby live theatre. This particular night was a more expensive specialty menu with less of our pescatarian choices and larger prices. Still good!

Not to sound pretentious, but my husband and I have been all over the world and this was the best food we've ever had. Absolutely mind blowing. Our server, Alex, was truly wonderful and made the experience incredible by checking in on us when he noticed we were out of our drinks or bread. Shoutout to the other employees there for clearly communicating well with each other (I'm a former server so this alone impressed me). For instance, I asked for a cocktail from the girl delivering us our food and not only did I receive it quickly, but Alex knew about this the next time I saw him moments later. Again, not to sound pretentious, but my husband and I have been all over the world. Who knew the best duck and the best steak we would ever have would be in our own backyard. Is the chef a wizard?

Good wine selection. Would have liked to see more meat sandwich and breakfast options although lots of vegetarian options.
