I don't know how this Long John Silver's is still open with as long as you sit in the Drive-Thru. Today I wasted my entire lunch of 30 minutes plus an extra 7 minutes waiting for my food. The drive-thru takes about 10 minutes or more per car to get your order out. In addition, you can't even go into the dining room because all of the doors are locked. The last few times I have been to the drive-thru I've had to wait really long times and the dining room has always been locked. When you try to contact them by phone no one answers. Seeing this place from outside it looks like it should be condemned. I am sorry for the workers that work there because it seems there are so few of them with as long as you have to wait for an order.

Do NOT eat here. They will not give you your complete order even when you ask them twice if that is everything. When you call they won’t answer; when you call back for the 6th time they will answer and “Justin”, a “Manager”, will mumble and tell you they have a service to deliver food but he will not use it to fill your order. Service- non existent. Food- unknown because the didn’t give me what I ordered. I will NEVER set foot in this place again.

Very Disappointed in tonight's visit haven't been in years and will never go back! Pulled into the drive thru and waited and waited said hello about 6 times and nothing so I pulled into the parking lot to go inside however the lobby was closed at 7pm. So as I was getting back in my car the car that was behind me at the drive thru started ordering so I was like wtf I just waited like 10 min and nothing so I took a video of the lady in the window to see if they would help me if I went back thru which they did. I got my order everything was fine they forgot the extra piece of fish but the manager got it taken care of However the issue occured when I was driving home and the employee that I took a picture of was chasing me down saddle Creek pulled up next to me and was screaming asking why I took pictures of her I thought it was a joke she then got in front of me slammed on her breaks and was trying to get me to pull over this was not only dangerous but very uncomfortable name on the receipt says Jolynn I will never return her. People are so unpredictable these days and it really shook me up I will be calling corporate as well. I'm a GM of a fast food restaurant and would never allowy employees to engage with this type of behavior with my guests.

I ordered The shrimp and fish platter dinner. It came to 14.25 w/tax I ate the coleslaw, the fish was drenched in Greece and burnt on one side, the waffle fries were hard as a rock, all of it fish shrimp waffle frys was horrible . So disappointing 😤🤮I did take a picture of it but can’t figure out how to post it . Never again 44th nd Dodge 😡

Lobby is always closed...when it is open the employees are always in the back listening to there music loud come around the corner smelling like weed.....there a reason why this location is the worst in the area....shut it down already

We were here 12/8/24 - great food, even greater worker! He really went above and beyond for us, and the food he made was perfect. I highly recommend.
The INSANE issue with this LJS is that they have NO A/C in the Summer and now no HEAT in Winter!! 😱😱😱 This is unbelievably cruel to their employees who have no suffer through their whole shift no matter what.
I prefer not to bring cooked food into my car so would LIKE to eat in. This is impossible with NO heat and no A/C. I am very surprised that no one else has mentioned this issue that has been going on for many months.
The food has always been wonderful but they have lost me as a customer because I want to eat in the dining room.

Food wasn't fresh you could tell it was refried in old grease to appear hot and fresh fries were hard and extremely greasy. Fresh was completely dry and overcooked ....Food is amazing when it's actually fresh
