Up here for my wife's surgery. Twice ordered from this location and twice had the worst Long John Silvers experience ever. Fish was saturated with oil, hish puppies over cooked. Both times they put No sauces that were on the order and receipt. Both times two items were missing from the orders. A 3 piece butterfly shrimp both times. And corn on the cob twice. Also both times arrived with one car in front of me at drive thru and both times was in the line still waiting for order over 30 minutes later. With no cars in the parking lot! Also don't bother trying to call and complain they'll either not answer the phone or set it to be answered by a fax machine. I know we tried after each incident for days. In fact all times of day. So the conclusion is this. Poor workers are a result of poor management. Which makes this long Jones poor choice for even the lowest dining expectations. If I we're corporate I'd revoke their franchise contract.

Been here a few times recently and this location deserves 5 stars. We order through the app and not only is the food is always hot, but is ready when they say it’s going to be ready. Jason and his crew are always friendly and make sure we’re taken care of!

Food was good. Alittle disappointed in the 5$ 1/2 gallon soda as it was clearly not filled completely and didnt even carry what I ordered online. Its just that its not good for business as i was super disappointed (Dude was decent about it but) just when your craving a flavor and its not there

I like this location but yesterday,, I order 2 fish and six shrimp multiple orders and the shrimp was popcorn shrimp very hard, the fries very hard, very disappointed I even called there multiple times to complain and see if they can give me a free meals but they never answered the phone and due to the fact I had someone just grab my order for me I could not return it, I did call multiple times throughout the day no anwer

This place always give me a slice of home. The people are nice and they work hard too! The food is always really great and rarely ever cold from just sitting out like some places. My wife and I always order the number 12 with double fries and a side of 6 shrimp and it comes out perfect nearly every time! It's peaceful and sometimes we will just sit out in our car in the parking lot watching cars miss out eating a delicious meal. :)
