For starters they have no options for diet pop and no unsweetened tea and when you have diabetes and can't have regular pop all you get is tap water. Second the chicken wasnt very hot and it was dry and super salty. It looked like it had been in the warmer for quite a while. Will not be going back to this location again.

Went to this location around 5pm to get a 16pc family meal. First I was told they can't sell me 16pcs. I ask for a managerand asked him why they wouldn't sell me a 16pc meal. He goes on to tell me cause he needs the chicken for other customers. Mind you the lobby is packed and they parking drive thru. He then agreed to to cook more chicken after I reminded him its only 5pm and you don't close to 10pm. I paid for my meal, left and came back 30 minutes later got my order. When I arrive I'm ignored for 10 minutes. Got to the car and discovered he gave us original chicken instead of extra crispy. I take the food back in the store to tell the manager. He takes the food slings it in the back and packed me the right chicken and the biscuits I also was missing. Get home with my food to only discover I was shorted 2 breast and a wing

I went specifically for Long John Silver's because we don't have that here but I was happy they had the KFC wedges. However, the fish wasn't fresh cooked so it wasn't the best. It had been sitting there a while.

Waited over an hour with manager telling us our food was coming up as she left with her food. Then the other attendant said the manager had kicked all the orders before hers back and they didn’t even have ours on the screen anymore. Gave them our receipt to get the order as they have a sign that says no refunds, now I know why the need for the sign.Then they lost our receipt and had to print a duplicate receipt, and still didn’t get what we had ordered. This place is slow, inept and rude. And all this when they weren’t even busy. Every order at the desk and drive thru had to wait and most of the orders were short food they ordered. Corporate needs to investigate this lousy place. And the tables weren’t even clean. Will not be returning. This restaurant is on north 30th street I suggest if you want chicken go anywhere else.

Took 5 minutes before someone took my order, there was only 1 person in drive through and no one else inside. Saw 4 employees just wandering around in the kitchen area, clearly unhappy to be there. Took 40 minutes before I received my food, and I watched as the employees did anything but make my order. The dining room was VERY dirty.

The food was garbage. The fish was reheated in grease which made it hard, burnt and greasy, the shrimp were overcooked and dry as well as the fries which were cold and disgusting. Very disappointed with the meal. The young girl at the register was very nice and seemed to be the only one working, wish the food would have turned out better.

I've tried this location several times and the LJS is usually highly overcooked. I haven't tried the KFC side of things yet. This is close to my house so I'll keep giving it chances I'm sure.

I just went ti location on n 30th spent 23.00 when I got home my food was cold and clearly had been sitting for a long time. Very disappointing
