Pulled up to drive thru at 11am. Posted hours state that they open at 10:30am. 3 employees standing outside of back door, smoking, etc. Someone comes on the speaker, stating that they are not open yet, it will be a 5 minute wait. I say "ok", then I'm told to pull around the building. I respond, "Why?" Response was "you're triggering our drive thru timer" I left, obviously they don't need my money! Same employees still standing outside back door. God forbid I ruin their drive thru stats. ?

Ordered pick-up.according.to phone it was ready for pick up. Went to get it. Was told to wait for it. Took another 40 minutes to get it.

The reality is no one expects a lot from Long John silver's or KFC. We know it's fast food and it was good, not fantastic but good. It was quiet. I was the sole patron at the time. Counterperson was helpful.

My family ordered food here. Dining room was not open. I chose not to eat my food because when I went inside to wash my hands one of the workers used the restroom and didn’t wash hers.
