This place is ridiculous who specializes in steak but doesn't know how to cook a steak properly. The manager Doug has an extremely dismissive attitude. When looking at a steak there is a clear difference between well done and medium unless Doug himself has no clue as well as the cooks. This is the second time but the last time I will enter this establishment to leave without eating becauseof the careless in the kitchen. They somehow believe that taken the meal off is the solution. Well im my opinion it's not. When I sit down for a meal its to have a good meal and service. Then PAY for my meal and leave an above average tip as always. With the exception of this time!

I couldn't review the food because it never arrived. The waiting time was more than 40 minutes and we decided to leave the restaurant.....

I had a ribeye that was kind of gristly. I've eaten there before this review, and the steaks were much better. Hope this is a one-time thing because I like eating here. Thus, the reason for 4 stars. It's usually a 5 star for me.
The rest of the food was really good. The wait staff was superb. The restrooms and restaurant were clean.

Ordered dinner for pick up. Pick up time was 7pm. I literally sat in my car till 7:30 before my dinner was brought out. I get waiting a few minutes, things are not always on time. But 30 minutes?! 30. Minutes. No apology. No nothing from the girl that brought the food out. Just handed the bag to me and walked away. I get home, which is no more than 5 minutes away, and the food is cold. And not only was it cold, the chicken breast looked like 3 oversized chicken nuggets.
they’ll automatically suggested a 10% tip on your total at checkout, which I was ok paying, to only get bad service and cold food. Unfortunately it’s not the first time it happens, I was just hoping it’d be a better experience for me this time around. But I was wrong. So wrong. Never again will I order from them. 3 chances are my limit.

We've eaten here before, but this time was a bit disappointing. We ordered the sirloin. The flavor was really tasty, but it was so rough that it was difficult to chew. The baked potato was extremely dry, and I had to ask for extra butter and sour cream. The bread was very good and warm. Our salads were fresh and crisp. The environment was clean, and our server was cheerful and very attentive.

Our service is not good. 45 minutes and waiting for our meals. Took 15 minutes to take our order, no refills after we had our appetizers. So far, Melissa has been and is the worst employee I have encountered at a long horn. It's not busy, lunch time, 5 tables with customers. She is less than interested in anything other than being productive. Haven't seen her for 10 minutes at this point....update, got our food. Overcooked ribeye. Ordered medium, got well done. Overall, it was a terrible visit. Service really was not good at all.

Steak was very overcooked, loaded baked potato had barely any toppings, so we were glad we kept butter from.our bread because it was very dry. Shrimp skewers were our favorite item.. Caesar salad was just ok. Spinach dip was very good but the deep fried pita chips were just so heavy. Strawberry Margarita long pour is worth the price and tasty.

It's not the first time we go here
Steak is always good. this time, one order of steak tasted awful. we told the server and manager she didn't seem to care, and she made it seem we were wrong. The GM was called, and he was hearing us out, but I felt the same they didn't seem to care much. Don't waste your money go somewhere else where they treat you well. Texas Road house is cheaper, and they always treat us well there.

I was pleasantly surprised. My center cut filet was as good as what I have had at the very best steak houses.

Another great longhorn. I've been twice at this location and both times the entire front of house staff has been super nice and helpful/fast.
