I was in there yesterday 12-5-25, everything started off good but the fries and potatoes were like a salt licks. I hope the waitress was taking better care of her other tables than what we got because we needed more water DESPERATELY!!!!!! Never did we get it Never did we get the check When we asked for boxes and water we got an eye roll and Togo box’s tossed on the table you figure she would say you ready for the check when dropping off Togo boxes, NO! Or ask if 6 very empty cups needed a refill? We just took it upon ourselves to use the mobile app to pay otherwise, I don’t know if we would have ever made it out of there I didn’t leave tip either but no drinks no check no did you guys need anything else???? Me personally based on service alone don’t think I’ll be going back We wanted to get the manager but we needed water so bad we didn’t have time to waste Also we were celebrating a family members birthday dinner. She was never even around to see if we wanted dessert which we did but after being ignored so long and our level of thirst we just had to leave!
On a more positive note the steak was amazing and cooked to perfection

The food is so good!! Whether you order a steak, salad, fish,or burger you won’t be disappointed. On the day we went to this location in Omaha. It was about 1:30 in the afternoon. We seated right away and we were sitting for about 8 to 10 minutes before our server acknowledged us and said he would be right back. Five or six minutes later, he comes back to take our drink order. We’ve had long enough to decide what we were going to order to eat and place that order at the same time as our drinks. It took several minutes for him to get back and drop off our drinks. The server was very friendly. He was polite however, in my opinion, he was slow. The restaurant was not busy at that time, the rush-hour was over. I had asked for a military discount on my meal, which is a gift that this restaurant offers. The server was going to amend the ticket so we can pay and leave. It took so long for him to get back. I finally just used the kiosk on the table.
Once again, the food was great. The atmosphere was great we seated immediately. Our server was very friendly in my opinion only it just took too long to get waited on to get our server to come back and follow through with our orders.

Food was mediocre. Sweet potatoes had too much sugar in my opinion. Water glasses were dirty. We got new waters. Clean glasses.
No complaints about the service. They were friendly and efficient. We felt the foods were a bit too much salt for our liking.

We stopped into Longhorn at 9pm on Monday evening. They don’t close until 10pm. There were several people who passed by our table. We sat there for over 15 minutes and never was approached by a waiter, waitress or otherwise. We of course left because if you have to wait 15 minutes just to order a drink, how long was it gonna take to get a food order? Worst service I have ever seen. Would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. We left and went elsewhere. Not OK.
