As we walked in, I was very tempted to pick up several handfuls of trash along the sidewalk and thought, "Oh boy, we are going to regret this." Our server was actually hands down best we have ever had at longhorn....typically we get really good food and absolutely no service which was the exact opposite we had good service but food was not impressive at all. McDonald's has thicker hamburger Patty's than our ribeyes such a disappointment. I consider this rating as an average of the last 3 times we have been to this location. One time, we had been forgotten about for almost 2 hours, did the right thing, and "comped" the meal. I'm not looking for a handout, not looking for a pity party. I'm not looking to ever come back and try again sorry guys been burned too many times.

The foods good and staffs great.... but you're really charging $8.29 for a shot of Captain Morgan's? You can buy a pint of Captains for $7.99 at the gas station down the road....

If you have Celiac or have gluten issues, avoid. Otherwise, the service is great and food for non gluten sufferers is good

The steaks and service used to be great. The last 2 times we visited, the service and food were both bad. They forgot our appetizer and when they served our food it was cold. We will not be going back.

We went to Longhorn on Super Bowl Sunday and it was not very busy. The host wasn't at his post when we came in and we waited several minutes to be acknowledged. The waitress was just there to jot down our order and looked at me cross eyed when I asked if they had any specials or if she recommended anything. We ordered a spicy chicken appetizer and a T-bone, a Ribeye, and a sirloin dinner. We saw the waitress three times, to take our order, to bring out the plates, and to give us our bill. The salads were directly from a bag and tasted like it. The steak was cooked as we wanted, but the ribeye was 80% fat and grissel, not marbled. The sides were broccoli, a sweet potato, and asparagus. They were all very bland and honestly I could have cooked a way better meal at home for the $120 price tag! Thankfully, I didn't have to pay because my daughter's Dad was taking us out. I won't be suggesting this lack luster place. You would think for the cost, they would hire staff that might suggest a drink to pair with the bag and boil sides. One reason I gave the food a better rating than I should have is because you do get sides with the steak and we did leave full. Otherwise, Texas Roadhouse or The Outback cost less and have tastier options.

Vegetarian options: Not anything I saw, with the exception of sides.

Dietary restrictions: I doubt the staff knows enough to handle dietary questions.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking.

The waitress was rude and impatient. Steak was cooked exactly the opposite of what I ask. And my parents cheeseburgers were burnt. We are from Kansas City we also have long horn there and this one is by far the worst I’ve ever had. Also smelled like sewer when we walked

Outlaw Ribeye w/ Parmesan Crust, Steakhouse Mac and a Caesar Salad!

If you got room the spinach dip is the MVP.

Randomly have come here maybe once or twice a year. In all these random visits each time we get seated but end up waiting a good 20-30 min for the wait staff to stop by.

One time the waiter flat out forgot about us and never submitted our order and never came back. Almost 2 hours before we actually ate. I really don’t see how this place stays in business being this poorly ran.

We always get the spicy shrimp as the appetizer. It is awesome! The food was great (& we got there around 5), but the service was not great. We were not done with the appetizer before the salad came. We were still eating the appetizer when the entree came. I asked what they consider medium on doneness on a steak. We were told : "warm pink center". I cut into my steak & it was bloody. I sent it back for more cooking. That was taking longer than expected, so I ate the salad. ( strawberry salad is awesome!) When the steak was brought back, I just took it home.
I had ordered soda for my drink, hubby had flavored lemonade. I still had a lot left in my glass & the waitress brought me another glass of soda. Hubby ran out of lemonade & waitress was not coming around. I told him he could have some of my soda. He put his straw in my new glass of soda & then the waitress shows up with another glass of soda & a lemonade. We never drank any of the 2nd & 3rd soda. Had the waitress asked if I wanted another soda, I would have declined the offer.

Wheelchair accessibility: This restaurant is one level & no stairs.

The worst part of our visit was at the beginning. We walked in and requested a table for 3. The hostess took my phone number to text us when the table was ready. However, despite being quoted about 15 minute wait, and after waiting 30 minutes, I went in to check on the status of our wait only to find she had entered my phone number incorrectly. Once this problem was brought to the hostess’s attention she did get us seated right away. The waitress we had was very nice, had a great sense of humor and very prompt with service despite having a few larger parties to attend to. The food was alright, with the steak tenderness being amazing, but the flavor was heavy with pepper in their seasoning. Payment at the table was easy via QR code scan. Overall, we’d probably go back, just not as often as we visit Texas Roadhouse due to pricing and location.

If I could give this zero stars I would. I had an absolutely horrendous experience at LongHorn Steakhouse, and I would strongly advise anyone against wasting their time or money here. From the moment we sat down, it was a disaster. We waited a full 20 minutes for our server to even acknowledge us, and when she finally decided to show up, her attitude was icy and standoffish, as if we were inconveniencing her by simply existing.
My 21-year-old daughter ordered a drink but had forgotten her ID. No big deal; we understood the policy, and she didn’t order a drink. That issue was resolved easily enough, but the real nightmare began when the food came out. At first, I was impressed by the serving sizes—looks can be deceiving. My ribeye was one of the worst cuts of meat I’ve ever been served. It was so full of gristle it was almost inedible, full of gristle. Absolutely unacceptable for a steakhouse.
To add insult to injury, after we were more than halfway through our meals, the waitress finally came over to check on us—but not before spending an eternity chatting with the table next to us like she had nothing better to do. By the time she graced us with her presence, we were practically done eating. We weren’t even going to say anything, but when she came to collect the plates, we politely explained that the ribeye was awful and full of gristle. Her response? A half-hearted "sorry," coupled with an attitude like it wasn’t her problem. Then, after an awkward pause, she offered to “get the manager.”
When the manager came over, it somehow got worse. Instead of addressing the actual issue with the steak, he launched into accusing my daughter of trying to drink underage, as if that had anything to do with the fact that I’d just been served a steak that resembled shoe leather. The audacity was unreal.
This restaurant was less than a quarter full, yet we were ignored for most of our meal, served subpar food, and treated like the problem was ours. The server and management clearly think they can do no wrong, and their lack of accountability was disgusting. If you value good service, decent food, or basic respect, do not eat here.
