Ordered delivery the hibachi meal was mediocre, especially if you have had hibachi elsewhere to compare it to. What was the most disappointing part, however, was the scallop skewer(s). I assumed based on it being plural, there would be more than one and that they would be larger than a dime. For 16 dollars, I would hope they could have at least warmed them up. I'm super disappointed in this place.

NOT a Malaysian restaurant.
Ordered food delivery from this restaurant.I ordered chicken wing bbq skewer because it was my favorite when I was in Singapore, but the food I got was way too far from the picture and description in the menu. It was fried and not grilled. It was disappointing.
You guys should just close.

Restaurantji Recommends
I personally believe that Malaysian cuisine is among the finest in the world, so when I discovered a Malaysian restaurant near Dodge Street in Omaha, I was overjoyed!!!!I tried Malaysian House's strawberry shrimp dish a few times, and wow!!!! I have to say it's one of the BEST dishes I have ever ate! Absolutely no exaggeration whatsoever- this dish's blend of sweetness and spice is truly perfect. I loved it so much that I could easily eat it every day, and even my mom, who tried it, couldn't get enough of it. I truly really recommend trying it.♥️♥️♥️This restaurant is a gem for bringing such incredible Malaysian flavors to Omaha and the staff has been nothing but friendly and kind to me.Thank you Malaysian House!

This restaurant seems to be a name-change of the old restaurant, Haunted House Seafood Restaurant. One of the side glass windows still has the old name and hours on it. We were seated nearly immediately and given menus. The menus had pictures that “could be different from the actual dish,” as noted on the menu itself. We inquired if this was authentic Malaysian food, and they had a hard time answering because of their extremely limited English. We rephrased the question. “Is this Malaysian or Chinese?” They answered. “Chinese!”Already off to a bad start, especially since the restaurant websites and menu states that it provides authentic Malaysian food. After placing our order we waited for over 45 minutes. During that period, there were no check-ins with the server. We went to ask what was going on, and where our food was. They ignored us initially. We inquired again, louder. We were met with an arrogant, “we busy.”That puzzled us. No one was in the restaurant except for our table of three. There were no delivery drivers who came in or out within the time we had been here. How could they be busy?We waited again. After another 5 minutes we decided to leave. Don’t bother purchasing Groupons for this restaurant. Don’t even bother trying here. This restaurant was renamed for a reason. This restaurant is also directly connected to next door’s restaurant, Ninja Japan Restaurant. It’s the same kitchen for both. They also did not have anyone in that restaurant waiting for food. One of the worst services experienced. Will never be coming back.

Bought two milk teas, I was impressed with the fresh milk drinks, they must use very high quality ingredients, don't miss out!
