Pueblo Bonito Authentic Mexican Restaurant, Bar & Grill

I wasn't sure about a shrimp burrito but I went ahead and tried it. It was awesome!!!! The only thing that could have made it better is to follow it up with some really good fried ice cream. The fried mushrooms were also some of the best I have ever had.

I was very disappointed by the nachos
The chips were the $2 bag of chips you get from Walmart , they weren’t home made . They were completely soggy, they didn’t even bother to warm them up . The chicken was a shredded grilled or boiled breast with no seasoning at all. There was no melted cheese and barely even any toppings . The worst and the most blandest nachos I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I could have gotten better from Taco Bell . Will not be back . They spent more money on the aesthetic of the restaurant looking great rather than focusing on good quality food.

Pueblo Bonito was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, the warm and vibrant atmosphere set the stage for a fantastic meal. The service was nothing short of exceptional—prompt, attentive, and genuinely friendly, making us feel right at home.
The food was a perfect, offering incredible value for the price. The fresh fruit margaritas are amazing. There Mango margarita will forever be my favorite. We started with chips, guacamole, and salsa, which were fresh and bursting with flavor—the salsa, in particular, had just the right kick and depth of flavor. The tacos were a highlight, perfectly seasoned and packed with authentic Mexican flavors and the perfect textures. The birria ramen was a creative and delicious surprise, blending rich, savory broth with tender meat in a way that was pure comfort food. The ribeye with chilaquiles was another winner, with the juicy, well-cooked steak paired beautifully with the spicy chilaquiles.
The only slight miss was the ceviche, which didn’t quite live up to my standards, but it was still enjoyable. Overall, Pueblo Bonito delivers an outstanding dining experience with top-notch food, great service, and unbeatable prices. I can’t wait to return for another round of their mouthwatering dishes! Highly recommend! This is being added to our regular rotation!

Their services were phenomenal and the place was very clean obviously very cared for. The food superceded my expectations by far. It was one of the best experiences I've had in a while. Please give this place a chance.
