Ordered pizza an hour and a half ahead of time but still waited 15 minutes for it but the pizza was very good. The atmosphere in the store seemed very tense though.

Had a bad experience with one of the worker’s today. I called to make my order and I had ordered a medium pizza with pineapple and said that was all for my order. Then he proceeded to tell me “he didn’t have time for this and has better things to do”and claimed he repeated himself 5 times which he didn’t. Upon arriving to pick up my order I asked why he was being very rude and he started yelling at me and said I’m not going to wait on you while you talk to other people in the car, mind you I was BY MYSELF and I had explained that to him. Then he kept repeating I heard you talk to people and was rolling his eyes and yelling the entire time. I did not appreciate this. Location was fort street and worker was a guy wearing lipstick and a ponytail. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I also told him I will be leaving a review about this and he said he DID NOT CARE.

I walked in an order. Took it home, was too salty. My cousin is on dialysis, I called back. I was the threatened by a young man named "John" at Fort and 107th. I went down there because of that, I brought the pizza back. Asked who"John "was. Then all of a sudden there's no one named "John" I'm not scared of no one named "John " This place needs new management and a whole new crew. I was waiting for my money back, yet, I was told it will be a few days until I get it back on my credit card .... that's bad business!!!!! Who's "John"! If I don't get my credit back, Marcos pizza will get a letter from my lawyer for that experience I got. And if I walk in there and see if that person is still there. I will take photos of him. I hope no one goes to Marcos pizza and experience this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!;!!!!!

I will start with the pizzoli was great. The young person at the counter didn't look happy to be there with stocking hat pulled way down or and did not sound happy to be there. She was on her on her phone or head on counter like she was sleeping in kitchen area. No hello, no thanks for the order, removed her head from counter long enough to tell the girl boxing the pizzoli it was mine and she had to give it to me. Won't go back!

Highly recommend you try their pizza at least once! You'll more than likely return!Parking: easy to park, no handicap entrance, but pizza folks are usually good to hold the door

We recently ordered food from this location. Three hours after we ate, I received a phone call from the store. They stated that they put feces in our food, among other disgusting things. They also threatened myself and my children. They told me that they know where I live and that they were coming after me. I got the police involved. I am also seeking legal advice. If this was a prank call, it crossed the line. This was extremely unprofessional. The employees are extremely rude. The store makes you feel very uncomfortable when you walk in the restaurant. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! If this is the kind of employees this company hires, this company needs to be shut down!

On 10-2-2023 They messed up ringing up my order so I was charged twice. Promised me a refund the next day the manager was in, never got a refund. Figured they were busy and called a couple days later. Was promised a refund, never got it. Called a week later looked it up said it would go into my account. Never received it. Called every other week for the past 2 months. NEVER got my refund. I was nice and kind EVERY SINGLE phone call and different person I talked to. Told they would leave notes and messages to the district manager. Never heard from him (Zach). Talked to the store today and told its not their problem not and that its my banks problem now. I WANT my money back. Horrible customer service. All the managers at this location are incompetent. I will Never go to a place with how they treat their customers or how poorly they run their business. Your food is not that good to have people come back, so if this is how you treat your customers you will lose lots of business.

11/20/2023 - Ordered Carry-Out and selected curbside order. Waited in vehicle after checking in that I had arrived for curbside for 15 min only to look in the window to find a teenage female employee sitting in the lobby on her phone. Went inside and a young male teenager employee was also in the kitchen area just sitting down. The female employee got up and gave me my carryout order but not before she rolled her eyes after I asked if she could repeat her question since I simply couldn't hear her when she asked if I wanted any cheese packets. Maybe take out your Airpods and have a conversation where we can both hear each other? She acted as though I inconvenienced her since she had to get up off her phone and assist me.If curbside pickup is available for customers, then it should be monitored and stayed on top of. I would understand coming in and grabbing my order if it was busy, but my order was sitting on the shelf while employees (teenagers) are sitting down on their phones.Food was great! Service not so much.

Customer service is terrible so called manger is rude and unprofessional according to them the customer is wrong and a problem will not give you information you ask for as for a GM or Regional Mgr contact and will basically threaten you saying I have all your information right here, name address phone number Do NOT go to this Marcos Hopefully the problem will be resolved by proper management but doubtful

So first off the food is amazing. Love the pizza and quality. However, I placed an order in the app it said it would be ready in 10 minutes. So I get there it's not done. They had no staff so I wait for 25 minutes they call my name and hand me food but wasn't everything I ordered. So I was like ok where is the rest then they ask my name and was like this is your order and I told them no them the ask for my phone number look up what I ordered and they said oh there is someone with the same name we haven't started your order. Remind you it said it was going to be done in 10 minutes. Ready for pick up at 6:54. Meanwhile I have friends and family waiting for the pizza at home. I was handed my pizza at 7:50. The food is great I will always pick them first when it comes to pizza but after this experience and not being compensated for this I'm on the fence or will wait till I get a call from them to pick up my pizza. I didn't feel like wasting a hour of my life waiting for pizza that should have been done in 10. So heads up if you order from here just call and ask if it's ready or if you don't mind waiting they have a few chairs in the lobby you can sit and wait. Love the pizza hate the wait time

I tried Marcos for the first time a couple of months ago. Thought I had finally found my forever pizza place! It was so good and different from other places. That time I ordered online. Today I ordered again, but went in to order. That was a mistake. The girl taking my order didn't know what she was doing and the manager person helping her wasn't much help. There were 5 employees there at the time with 3 of them just standing around. The music was blaring and it was awful. I got a very unfriendly vibe from all of them, especially from the girl helping me. I tried to lighten the mood by complimenting how good the pizza was, but they just shrugged their shoulders and gave me a fake smile. I put in an order to pick up later. I left there feeling very uneasy. After we got home with the pizza, it was not even close to how good it was last time! So all in all....extremely disappointed this time with the staff, the service and the food. Btw...I don't ever write reviews because I don't normally complain, but this was awful.
