Maria's is a bustling restaurant with a fun atmosphere, though the acoustics were loud. The service is friendly and attentive, and the margaritas are strong, the best in town. The rice and beans are a highlight, with good flavor, while the enchilada and queso are also tasty and delicious. The puffy taco is a favorite and is huge. However, some dishes, such as the chicken tostada, were found to be bland and lacking in flavor. Parking isn’t the best.
